There is no closet to store things. I would highly recommend installing mosquito nets in the windows. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Very good communication with the hotel. The lady at the reception is very nice and willing to give advice. The place is amazingly clean. The accommodation is more suitable for a short stay.

Super little B&B that is excellent value for money. The room was very nice; spotlessly clean with comfortable furnishings and a lovely modern bathroom. Lovely sheets and towels too! The family room was large enough and although there was no AC they had provided us with three fans! Check in and out was very easy and so was parking. Breakfast was great, on a very nice terrace.

The room was very clean buy had a very musty mouldy smell. Not sure how I feel about the open plan bathroom and bedroom. Even after 10 years with my partner using the toilet.... was interesting... to say the least we waited outside the front door. Haha.

In the morning it was quite loud, because you can here everything in the corridor. The problem is that the doors are very loud when closing the door. Also the toilet is not separated by a wall, it is directly in the room, which not everybody might like.

We had a very nice stay at this place. It is located 4 min from Locarno and 3 min from Ascona. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms and the whole building are clean. Our host was very nice.

no air conditioning so in summer you have to sleep with the window open, but the rooms are next to a busy street so it‘s almost impossible to get a good night sleep. Additionally there were spiderwebs on the wall, blood stains on the curtain, wifi was not working, no housekeeping and you also don‘t get any shower gel or anything similar. With „Hotel“ 7rooms you‘re sadly not getting a hotel but just a room with a bed…

The lack of furniture to store things. There was only a narrow desk and a stool. Very small bathroom. Quite noisy on the street side i.e. Mountain view. Upon arrival, we waited a while (40 min) until we could get in touch with the staff, as we hadn't received instructions on how to self checkin in as anticipated via email, and there was nobody there when we arrived

Spotless, super clean with comfortable bed and nice shower. Brand new furniture. Free parking on site is a rare plus in the area. Good value for money. Polite staff. Easy to find.

Strong smell of suiage from the toilet at certain times, poor insulation (very noisy from the road/ shop below, no wardrobe or hanging rain, one had no side cabinets. Lastly one towel per person .

The road and the bus stop were just downstairs. Impossible to sleep with the window open. Too noisy for me.
