A bit far from the town area but not a problem as there was E-Bus service available. And it was near to a perfect lookout point for the Matterhorn so not an issue.

The toilet was very modern and clean. The room was very clean and big. Had a clear view of the Matterhorn just outside the hotel. And it was just next to the station bringing us up to the Matterhorn Glacier Express.

OMG!! This property is incredible!! We stayed at 4 different hotels over 8 nights in Switzerland this one was the best of the best. The property is gorgeous! The design and details are impeccable. Pick up from the train station, wonderful, warm staff, a beautiful room with a perfect view of Matterhorn, the sound of the stream rushing by, close walk to the hustle and bustle, but still super quiet. They have a spa on site. I wish I could have moved in!

22 Summits is a top notch hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The spa area was AMAZING! Nicer than spas at luxury hotels. Would highly recommend staying at 22 Summits when you visit Zermatt.

The only thing i could say is how far from the train station it is, but there is a bus you can take, and its good exercise to start the trip anyway.

The place was really nice. It felt really cosy and was family run so had a very tight vibe to it.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The decoration was very modern and cosy. We really loved our room and enjoyed our stays at 22. The jacuzzi was a bit small but there were many sauna rooms so you could have nice relaxing moments after a full-day long walk. The breakfast was also good and decent. The staff were very friendly and responsive to message, helping us to travel between the station and hotel upon our arrival and depaturem. Also, the hotel was close to the gondola to Glacier Paradice - only 5 mins walk - so convenient. We definitely recommend 22 and will stay here again upon next visit.

Upgraded room by the hotel. The room very big, clean, and with a penthouse with excellent view. At night can see thousands of stars up there. And just go down then can see Matterhorn top.

We can’t say a bad thing about this hotel

The hotel is amazing! If you are looking to plan a visit to Zermatt, stay here! We stayed in the deluxe double room which had the most amazing views of the matterhorn from the window and balcony. The hotel is in such a nice location! It was so peaceful and is right next to the cable cars and gorner gorge - a perfect spot to set off from. The staff are lovely and all super helpful! Having celiac disease makes travelling a bit more difficult but they catered for me and ensured that I had gluten free options. They even had a seperate gluten free only toaster! The spa which is included in the price was perfect after an adventurous day exploring the mountains. The facilities are amazing and this hotel really made our trip to Zermatt even more special.

there is a short period of time in the evening the water from the shower was not hot enough, which was probably due to many people using hot water at the same time. Other than that was all good.

The room, bathroom and the balcony of the room were awesome. Great view from the room. Facilities were good. Nice and friendly staffs who were always willing to help and super considerate.
