“The staff was kind and helpful. The room and facilities were pretty basic but that was to be expected. Bed was ok. Bathroom and toilet a bit small but worked well so I have no complaint. The room size was ok for the price. The hotel is located around the outer village of Kandersteg and I think for the ski season, it should be very good indeed. There is a lift for heavy luggages, disabled people, etc. In short, the hotel and the room was good value for money and served my purpose well. Thank you.”
