“A beautiful chalet in the middle of forest. A hostel type of setting, but beautifully set up and kept. Small and intimate. Super clean and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and other quest were wonderful. The area is stunning.”
“This is a great place if you wish to visit Engstlensee or if you simply wish to stay close to Innertkirchen. Very clean and cared for property. The restaurant is super cosy, we truly enjoyed the dinner. I very much recommend their goat cheese (mild and fine). I am only sad that we could not stay for breakfast as we had to leave early (a sandwich for prepared for us for the journey). The parking fee is for the entire stretch of the road including Engstlensee (it's not tied to the hotel). We will stay here again if we happen to be in the region.”

The location is very convenient, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We stayed as a group of four with our dog in a spacious three-room apartment (two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen). The apartment was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed: all kitchenware, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, towels, and bed linen. We especially loved the outdoor space with seating areas and a grill zone. The host was very kind and answered all of our questions.”
