Bedroom wasn’t big but it was so perfectly serviced and maintained one can’t fault it! Even fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast! Directly at the bus stop! Owner was happy to come over to let very late arrivals in.”
“We love this hotel. Their price-quality ratio for Grimentz is unbeatable for years, and that's why we always come to this hotel with a group of friends twice every winter. The rooms are nice and spacious, the staff is kind, the SPA is great and the breakfast is plentiful and yummy. Not to mention that you need 30 seconds to be at the cablecar start... Already looking forward to the winter 24/25 to be back at the Hotel Alpina :).”

“I booked this location because it had a jacuzzi in the photo , reading the small print it said some rooms have a jacuzzi ours wasn't one but after 3 days one was offered , the hot rail didn't work and again after reporting it still didn't work at the end of the stay, ( unable to dry skiing gear , not good as snowed and rained quite a lot ! ) but underground heating great ,
Also £42 .70 was taken of the credit card, yet we have been unable to find the reason , we have emailed them but only a few days ago so they haven't yet had chance to reply”
