“This is a family run hotel and they really go out of their way to accommodate you. I made a mistake and actually booked the day after my arrival and the owner was able to make some changes on the computer to reassign my booking to that day and find me a room. He also was able to get me a meal in the hotel restaurant even though it was supposed to be closed for the day. Truly he helped make my stay go from near disaster to exceptional. I don’t think this would have happened at a chain run hotel.”
“Breakfast was varied and plenty on offer. We were cycling Rhine cycle route and hotel had bike room with power. Reception staff lent us Swiss adapters, as ours did not have correct pins.”
