Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The service was great I got in early so my room wasnt ready I was met by a great staff Had breakfast then was give access to all the amenities while i waited for my room I was also able to check in early! I recieved a text when my room was ready I forgot my phone when checking out but i was able to come back and get it

United KingdomNothing not to like. We didn't eat at restaurant so unable to comment on food. A little retiling needed.in the roof top spa pool and jets didnt work particularly well.l Sauna didn't get very hot.
Spacious room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Swimming pool was nice to chill.out in. Staff exceptionally helpful on front desk specially Valène. Thank you for all your help. Allowed early check in after a disaster stay in neighbouring hotel.

United StatesEarly morning garbage pick up outside was loud. Refrigerator was so full of "for Sale" items that it hardly left any room for our personal drinks and food.
Room was mostly good. Very comfy bed and covers. Nice size. Fabulous bathroom with double sink nice shower. Lots of outlets to plug in phones, etc. quiet rooms - walls are pretty soundproof.

United StatesThe restaurant staff took a long time responding when we came to eat. I had to twice on 2 different days ask to be seated when it was practically empty and we were clearly seen. I thought that was very rude and inconsiderate.
I luv how helpful the staff was and how pleasant they were and always greeted us with a smile. There was this 1 particular staff member who works down in the lobby area who suggested so many great places for us to go too while there,I never got his name but he was the perfect helper during our stay. Great Great Staff and the Housekeeping was hands down by far the best!!!!

United StatesIt was hard to do some lap swimming, for there were always children in the pool. But it was summer vacation time, maybe it is better other times.
The size of the room was great. The staff was very helpful and kind. There is room service(!) The pool and the hot tub were fun. The Thai restaurant in the building has really good food.

United KingdomHotel lacks a bit of character against say a Fairmont but for a city centre hotel it ticked all the boxes.
Great location. Easy to get around city from Metro only a couple of mins away. Main shopping street 5 mins walk. Staff helpful and friendly. Very clean and loft room had plenty of room for family of 4 (two huge beds). Pool and jacuzzi was also great to chill after long day.
