Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe location. A short walk from the Sea bus in an area with enough places to eat. Easy to reach from the international airport when traveling with public transportation: take the Canada line to the Waterfront station and hop on the Sea bus. The room was very comfortable and everything looked new. The staff was super friendly and we used the two courtesy bicycles to explore Vancouver! They also gave a good recommendation for dinner downtown: Coast.

Great location. Biggest problem is the parking. We tried to get a parking spot in the parking lot but couldn’t find one. We drove in circles for 20 minutes and never did get a parking spot.

The location is absolutely amazing. Even with the city view room the view was amazing. It’s an upscale hotel and all the facilities are accordingly. The staff was very courteous and breakfast was cherry on top. All in all it was a really good stay.

Spacious and spotless, in a great location ten minutes' walk from the Seabus and right next to the covered Shipyards play area. The walk-in shower was fabulous and very welcome on a hot July day. Breakfast French toast was delicious.

CanadaIt was a long weekend in August it was really loud and busy the whole day and night right below the rooms.Daytime it's kids screaming as it's a kids summer camp downstairs and at night there is a bunch of ping pong tables that people play all night into the morning and yell at eachother. More soundproofing is needed. Also the windows don't open which is one of my most least favorite things ever at a Hotel. We need fresh air especially staying in North Vancouver where we can enjoy the mountain air. No matter how nice the Hotel is if the windows don't open we feel stuffed in and like were in a stale office building. We need fresh air were humans. The option to open a window for fresh Air would've been nice here. It's busy here but nice to be in the mix. If your looking for a peaceful relaxing stay I probably wouldnt stay here in the summer months as its ground zero for all the parties and restaurants. But if thats what your looking for than it's the best place to stay ever!
Very comfortable and modern room. If there is slippers and a robe offered to me in my room then you will have my business always. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. I like it was newer and cleaner than most all Hotels in Vancouver currently. I like the new and modern feel of the Hotel. Coffee and bottled water in the room is also nice to have. Very nice room and was a great stay here. Location is the best ever you are in the Centre of it all here. Awesome foods and coffee and bars. Anything you could want is right outside the elevator. No need to stay downtown really now. I would way rather stay over here and take the seabus over if needed to get to the downtown core. This area is the best can't get much better than this.
