We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The decor is dated, but honestly who cares. The most important thing for me is that everything was super clean. I was very pleasantly surprised, especially traveling with my young children.

CanadaA little far from town. There was major road construction happening towards town. Not the fault of the property just something to consider We were there Sept 7 2024 . Hopefully the access and roadwork to Granby will be shot lived Don’t let that problem stop you there is still town access through detours.

CanadaThere were spider webs behind the door. I don't care so much about ceiling spider webs, but when they are in the way, it matters more. The hair dryer stopped working while I was using it.
The space in the room. There was a couch with the bed, so we were able to have our 5yo sleep on it, instead of in the queen bed with us. Owner was helpful to provide extra towel and blanket for our 5yo when asked. And the next day, when they changed our towels without us having asked, they brought in that extra towel.

The location, price and convenience was perfect Another important thing was that the small refrigerator actually had a freezer section at the top - while the freezer portion was small, it was perfect to re-freeze our ice packs for the next day. So many hotels don't have the freezer part and have no way to get ice packs for the next day, but this one had the freezer part and it worked well!
