Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

the breakfast was great!! We loved to watch the auto pancake machine... The pool is amazing for families, if you are looking to go to the pool to relax this may not be the pool for you. It is very kid friendly

CanadaFrig didn't have a freezer for my ice packs. I use ice packs for pain relief! The 1 bed have a bad mattress. One side of the mattress dropped lower than the other side.
Bright, simple, spacious but pleasing decor. Staff was always cleaning. Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Didn't even have to ask for supplies. Quiet!

ChinaPancake machine frequently broken.
We experienced issues with a noisy air conditioner on our first night. The next day, we spoke with the front desk, and they sent Mr. Dean to inspect the unit. He quickly identified the source of the noise being the outside wind blowing and knew exactly what to do. He adjusted the venting system by opening the air conditioning vent, thus transforming the high-pitched noise into a softer, more gentle sound, making it much more bearable. Thanks to Dean’s help, we enjoyed a peaceful and quiet sleep on our second night. Thank you, Dean, for your expertise and assistance. You were incredibly helpful!

CanadaEverything was great! The pool room was super stuffy but once you were in the pool you didn’t even notice.
The area wasn’t super busy but close enough to a Walmart and other stores if needed anything, the pool was great, although really hot and loud(echos) we had a lot of fun. My son loved the pancake machine for breakfast! The coffee was good, and had different varieties of food. Super good.

CanadaI didn’t like that one we arrived we were late checking in ti set up a b-day party celebration and they couldn’t find our reservation until WE showed them the email. I’m not too confident that it would have made easy on us if we didn’t. Then once we leaving the tried to charge us for something we never got from the lobby store ( we know better) especially when we have our own food and treats. So I’m hoping I was refunded already on that. Staff was amazing though
