I think the cost of the rooms was a little steep. But comfort level was very high.

The beds were very comfortable. High standard of cleanliness everywhere. Location was ideal for downtown Victoria. I liked all the native plants in the landscaping. Easy access to trail along the water

We had a club room on the 6th floor with a water view. The room was spacious with a very comfortable kingsize bed. The location is great for walking to downtown. The restaurant is very good.

I don't really have anything negative to say about the hotel. The pool area could be a little bigger, but other than that everything was great.

We had a couple of issues upon check in, however the staff went over an above to ensure these were resolved to our absolute satisfaction. We felt very much looked after by the staff at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back next time we visit Victoria. We loved the location, short walk into the centre, and incredible views over the harbour both day any night when Victoria is lit up. It's an easy walk to all the major areas in Victoria but also has a drop of/pick up point for the water taxi which was fantastic. All in all a brilliant stay at this hotel and a fabulous time all round on Vancouver Island.

Would have liked a water view for the price we paid but someone had to look at the roof next door I guess! 😊

Great staff who gave a warm welcome and made us feel valued, and that we could approach them for anything at all. Nice restaurant, good amenities all round.

For the price we paid. I was not impressed by the room. There was hardly anywhere to put clothes. It did not have a safe and it did not have a microwave which to me for the price you pay. Those are just normal things in a room.

The toilet wasn't working but maintenance brought it up to par pretty quickly. After that, turned on the TV, but that wasn't working. Looked behind the TV and reconnected cords. Thinking housekeeping should ensure working order of toilet and TV for guest entry. Felt like a bad start

I would never have picked the location because it was across a bridge and I wasn't familiar with the layout of Victoria. As it turned out, it was the best place. The walking bridge was lovely and shops and restaurants were right there. It wad a short walk from there to The Empress and museum. Plus I loved watching the harbour , the planes, water taxis and there was even a rowing tournament. I also loved the outside balcony on our floor facing downtown. I want to come back right now!

The view from our room, watching the sea planes land an the ferries come and go in the harbour, was superb. We were so relaxed and the window view was wide to take in the beautiful vista of Victoria. The geese in the water below was a bonus. I also loved that you could open one window for some fresh air and to take in the sounds of the parkland outside.

Very nice views to downtown Victoria. Water taxis are easily accessible from the hotel . The food served in the hotel restaurant is very good.

Made the right choice for the right timing of the stay. Our 8th floor room had great view of Canada Day live fireworks and the harbour. Staff and service are great. Room was spacious with all needed facilities. Location is close by to attractions, can walk around or take a cab! Lure restaurant had a lot of delicious options too.

Not as convenient to walk to, no safe in the room, no microwave in the room, no free coffee. For what we paid, I felt like we should definitely have gotten those amenities.
