“Staff very helpful....checked in but room didnt have best view so asked if we could move.
We got a better room with partial view of harbour.
They did give lunch vouchers but as we were out and about didnt get chance to use them

Great location about 25 mins walk from cruise terminal but it is up hill part of the way so i would recommend taxi
We also were offered complimentary breakfast for our first morning which was a very nice gesture.

“The service was great and friendly. The room was well appointed with everything needed including a washing machine and dryer which was very helpful for our long holiday. Could not fault them eg we needed a wine bottle opener and it was delivered promptly. Well managed with a great team eg the trainee young lady a reception could not have been more helpful to my wife and I. The location is ideal between Downtown and Yaletown.”
