It's a simple place so don't expect too many luxuries - but it's good value. Would be good to have the fridge on the floor so you could use the table.

15mins walk into the main street of San Ignacio. Fridge , AC and hot water in the shower. Acres of space for parking. Simple room but very clean and excellent for us - we stayed an extra night. There is an (expensive) supermarket on the corner opposite to buy things for breakfast - as long as you don't want alcohol of any sort! This place suited us down to the ground. No qualms whatsoever about staying here again should we return.

A nice quiet place in a beautiful location with many animals about the property. We had everything we needed including water and coffee! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

It rained and the walkway into the property was muddy.

We had a good stay. It was comfortable and quiet and had an easy enough walk to town. We loved looking out at the flowering trees from the lovely balcony. Good shower and nice having a frig in the room. We also enjoyed buying a day pass to use the pool at the hotel next door. Great modern market nearby.

Our toilet was a bit broken and the slats on the bed kept coming through.

Lovely family, great spot. A gorgeous puppy at the bottom and the team were v relaxed on our check in and check out which was so helpful.

AC didn't work. It was more a fan Cool system. No TV in room which I thought was what was booked (AC room with multiple channel TV according to Booking). Not a big deal, just didn't receive what I thought I would get.

fantastic location within walking distance to downtown San Ignacio and lots of restaurants, but removed from town so it feels more rural and secluded. The staff was extremely helpful, even letting me use their office phone when we had issues with our ruins tour. The room was spacious, clean and A/C was much needed! They provided soap & shampoo/conditioner packets, towels and washcloths. There’s even a mini fridge which is great for drinks and leftovers. The water they proved is from a communal water jug on the balcony so i recommend grabbing a large jug at a local convenience store and keeping it in your fridge. It’s definitely a place I’d stay again and highly recommend!

Great hosts! Very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Clean, coffee available, wifi is strong, huge garden area. It’s about 5 minute walk from the nearest restaurant (Hode’s) and the middle of downtown where there are more restaurants and stores was around 10 minute walk away. Quiet property - aside from the wildlife noises!

The rooms are very basic, a fridge, a bed, and a small sidetable. There are missing simply storage options. The light is ugly. The whole style of the room hurts ;) green walls, old brown doors, an old air con. Uncomfy and hard pillows. No access to the river anymore.

Nice terrace and coffee all day long for free. The rooms are clean and WiFi is fast and stabile.

Had an amazing stay, the place is in the middle of a big green garden where we saw toucans every morning, met parrots and ate fresh grapefruits. The staff were all super friendly. It was a small walk to the center but San Ignacio is small so this wasnt a problem at all

Bing and his family made me feel welcome instantly. They were very helpful with arranging my excursions. The hotel is super clean and in a good location 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. Hot showers and good WiFi, nice and safe!

Quiet location but also within walking distance to the centre of San Ignacio. Bing arranged a tour for us to Barton Creek and Big Rock Falls with David's Advanture Tours which was amazing! He also gave us some local trip suggestions. They just go above and beyond. There is a water tank available 24/7, the garden is serene and cool to walk in...just ask whatever you need, everybody is so helpful!
