The room and its facilities were superb. The view from the room was encouraging. The recreational area with the pool tables and the service were quite good. The front lobby area was spacious and the front desk staff friendly and supportive. The parking area was satisfactory.

There was lots of drilling and construction work on in the hotel which they didn’t inform us about as well as lots of noise from other guests (shouting that wasn’t addressed), room also wasn’t cleaned.

Room was comfortable, nice and big. Staff were friendly and helpful. Proper hotel which there isn’t much of on the island. Location was great and the rooftop while needing some updating was really nice!

Great location, even tho not right on the beach. It was a few steps away.. The view is just amazing, and the staff was incredible ..The rooms are large,clean and very comfortable..Definitely will be our hotel upon our future return to Caye Caulker..

Upon arrival I was placed in a room that hadn’t been cleaned.. they did move me to a clean room but somehow the key got misplaced for the room that wasn’t cleaned .. I didn’t like the fact that they wanted to charge me upon leaving for the key .. I told her it wasn’t my fault since I was put in a dirty room .. they did tell me that they wouldn’t charge me after I told them that.. also the rooms facing the east of the hotel you are going to hear the dogs start barking early in the morning around 6 it didn’t bother me that much but don’t expect to sleep in over the noise !! Other than that I would still stay with them again

The location of the property is excellent. Property also has an elevator and a roof top with pool great views!

There needs to be coffee on the premises. The music from the 5th floor was too loud where we were staying on the 4th floor.

The location was ok if you aren't going to the split or sip and dip bar too often because they are both a good distance away for walking to and from a lot. There were enough restaurants and stores close by though. One bad thing is that there is no coffee anywhere at the hotel. There is a coffee pot in the room but they only leave tea for it. They didn't even have a coffee pot in reception where you could go down and get some. I like coffee as soon as I wake up. Having to wait till I got to a restaurant for breakfast was bad.

The resort was very nice and clean. It was also nice to have the rooftop swimming pool and bar. The restaurant seemed like it was really more just snack food.

everything was great!

the location is great - close to the center of the action in CC, but off the strip. The rooms are quiet and block all sound. We had a cute balcony as well. the beds are the MOST COMFY ever!! Rooms are large, with tall ceilings. We had an nissue with our AC unit, which was promptly addressed by hotel staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I woudl definitely return to this lovely spot.

The rooms ending in the number 1, i.e. 201, 301, 401 on the west end of the hotel are adjacent to a home that has 2 dogs that bark throughout the day and night. When booking a room at the hotel request an east or southern view. This will place you as far from the dogs as you can get.

The location was very convenient for all activities. The rooms were very clean.

Location was convenient to things to do, but the activity nearby creates some late night/early morning noise. Not unbearable, but I woke up more than I'd like. Make sure to use a white noise app.

I loved the quick access to the center of town and modern, clean rooms. Bikes will make your exploration much easier, and they have some available to rent. Shower was nice & hot with good pressure, a huge plus when traveling.

Coral view is the best hotel in caye caulker if you like a good quality stay ..They even have a gym and roof pool and bar ...NICE

The rooms were big and very clean, water pressure in the shower was great. The staff very friendly and helpful, eager to assist. The bar and pool on the rooftop were one of the best features. Will definitely be stay there on my next trip :-)
