We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaMost of the staff did not speak English; you could count on a desk clerk who speaks English being there only at checkout times.. Some of the food provided at the restaurant wasn't what was ordered; they would run out of something and substitute something else without discussion.
The location was good and they provided transport from the airport. I thought the use of the room key card to turn on the lighting is a great idea; the lights go out automatically if you take your key card with you when you leave the room.

We needed a place to sleep for a couple of hours before setting out to the Pantanal region. The hotel is close to the airboard (5 minute walk if you don't mind crossing a busy street), clean, and has good breakfast.

Walking distance to the airport. Good breakfast. Room of good size, with view to the runway of the airport on the upper floors. Many kids at the hotel but it felt silent, which makes me think they don't mix business people in the same floor with families, which is appreciated. Shopping mall within walking distance.

United KingdomDo not try to walk with luggage from the airport. Crossing the roads is not easy. Take the free shuttle. The restaurant in the evening I was there was a bit restrictive.
The breakfast buffet was very good, with many choices. The staff were very helpful, despite the language barriers. Remember that this is a low priced hotel and you will be delighted with the facilities.

BrazilThe internet didn't work at all in my room. I could connect to it but it didn't give me any workable signal. I didn't take it up with the front desk as I there for such a short night, but it was annoying. Didn't change much in the end though for me. Breakfast was nothing special, although not actually bad.
Nice and clean, fairly modern hotel, with a fantastic location close to the airport. I had a rental car but you could easily walk it if you don't have much luggage. The room was large, enormous bed. Could have done with an extra blanket, but I easily could have asked for one too! The staff seemed fairly serious (!) but professional and friendly. The breakfast was ok - nothing special - but they do start serving at 5am, which is great, and isn't always the case in Brazil even with airport hotels.

United KingdomThe only that is worth noting when you book is that the bathrooms are part of the room (there is no wall). This is fine is you are on your own or with a partner, but I was travelling with a friend and it was bit awkward when one of us was showering. I should have looked at more of the photos before booking.
The location is excellent if you need something close to the airport. There is a shuttle, but we walked, it was less than 5 mins across the carpark and over the road. The breakfast was very good and starts at 5.
