To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We’re currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil, and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BrazilThe contact phone numbers did not work for me. I could not request the free transfer to hotel. In the end, on the way back, I decided to go by foot also. The hotel rooms need some renovation, but they are good enough.
The breakfast is ok. It does not offer many options, but it is good a refreshment anyways.

Close to Airport, avoid travelling in the middle of the night to the airport for the early morning or late night flights.

BrazilWe didn't had breakfast, besides it was included in the price. We had to leave the hotel before, because our flight was schedule fot 6.40am. Besides the cold day we had to ask for blankets because they weren't available in the room.
We like the hotel proximity to the airport and the fact that they have transfers to/from the airport. The room was comfortable and clean.

Location is at Terminal 1 of the Rio airport (GIG). There are actually no flights in or out of this terminal so the surrounding is very quiet (it's good and it's bad). To take our flight which was scheduled to depart in Terminal 2 we took the free shuttle on the 1st floor.

FranceThe hotel is old fashioned and not renovated. Moreover the hotel is located very far from every stores based in the Terminal 2 at the airport. As a result you must walk a lot if you want to buy some Brazilian souvenirs. Most of the staff at the restaurant did not speak English. So it was really difficult for people who does not speak Portuguese.

Location is perfect inside airport for a quick nap meal and shower before next flight. If you are on terminal 2, as soon as you get to the area where people are waiting (drivers, etc) just keep walking and you will see to the right a little telephone and a guy assisting hotel guests with their shuttle. If the hotel clerk is there he will help you get to the bus. if nobody is there you need to call using that phone or your mobile data plan, and then take the elevator that is right in front of that phone (it’s hidden behind the concrete column in front of that little station) you are on level 0 and elevator needs to be taken to level 2. Once there just exit to outside and look for a white little bus that says hotel. Once they drop you on the other terminal 1 you need to enter there, take another elevator and go to floor 3 you will see there where it says hotel.
