We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyOnly 4 spots of parking available inside the gate. The rest of the cars stay outside. Rooms are not well preserved: broken sink, rusty doorknobs, broken lights. The rooms facing the swimming pool are a bit noisy because of the main road that is close by.
This is not a 4 star hotel and neither value for the money it is charged. The property has room to improve but it reopened to the public before being ready. We had countless problems while there (which were also reported to the hotel directly). The main one was regarding the lack of security: the balcony door does not close and it connects to other rooms, which were also not closed. To make it worse, the majority of the rooms do not have a safe included (differently than what is offered on their offer). The Wi-Fi is very weak and loses connection every 5 minutes (and to reconnect you need to add login and password again). On our first night there was no hot water during the shower. And on the day that we decided to use the beach chairs, we had to wait for 40 minutes as they only bring it under demand and there were also other frustrated guests already in the queue. Positive things: very clean and big & comfortable beds. Beautiful location and staff is working hard to improve the hotel.
