We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CuraçaoNothing! It was a good and comfortable stay. Only thing that could be considered is a more automated/hassle free check-in and check-out. Other thing we missed was extra towels, we got one set in the bathroom and would like fresh ones for when these were soaking wet after we got out of the pool.
Great location, lots of privacy in your own little oasis, the pool was awesome, absolutely loved the Nespresso machine for a good cup of coffee and a zen moment before starting my day. Missed some basic bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, shower gel) but with several supermarkets close by we managed. The kitchen was equipped enough for good basic homemade meals.

CuraçaoLoud music being played in the neighbourhood on Saturdays till hours past midnight kept me from sleeping. There was a lot of dust, although the resort being in a rural area contributed to this. Some items in the room had not been dusted off or wiped down properly. Thankfully my dust allergy symptoms did not act up. I would have preferred some type of housekeeping service. Perhaps once during the duration of our stay, and a change of bedsheets. Or if this is not an option to provide one set of bedsheets in the room.
Our resort manager was great! He was super supportive and hospitable. It was also nice to have a selection of kitchen appliances to cook and a swimming pool for the little one's enjoyment. Upon request towel changes twice a week.

Germany- The corners in the shower need to be cleaned more thoroughly and the showerhead holder doesn't actually hold it up. - The mosquito screens on the window frames are a bit loose, make sure to buy some bug spray. (Apart from mosquitos, all other bugs are regularly exterminated by the staff and nowhere to be seen.) - Maybe some sunshades would be a good idea for the recliner chairs by the pool (for the hotter/sunnier hours of the day). - only one main trash // Tip: Recycle your glass, plastic etc. at Selibon Waste & Recycling Disposal (Kaya Industria)
+ beautiful private bungalows, palm trees/ bushes, AC, dishwasher + native birds, i.e. bananaquits, hummingbird, troupial... + friendly & helpful new owners, who work on the upkeep of the place, i.e. refurbishing the magnesium pool // If something is missing from your bungalow or you need fresh towels / toilet paper etc. just contact the staff and they'll help you at pretty much any time of day within the next fifteen minutes. + honesty wall system for supplies, i.e. coffee, dishwasher tabs, beer ... + common area around the pool and BBQ to interact with other guests + convenient location for all sides of the island + late checkout worked great and cost $ 35

United StatesSince we're in the Caribbean, I expected a bright and cheerful Caribbean style space. It was the exact opposite. It's very dark and brooding. Black window shades with black wood trim ? Check. The walls are dark green ? Check. They are Hideous. Terrible lighting ? Check. Check. Check. After a day at the beach in sun and sand, Nobody wants to come back to a dark and spooky space with prison-style lighting. There is not even any hand soap or body soap available.
Clement the manager made the place better than it deserves to be. To be fair, the room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Air-con worked well (even though it blows onto the bed). And ceiling fans are nice touch.
