On the night before my tour, I asked if I could have a lunch box since I would need to leave very early in the morning. A restaurant staff member told me that I could come at 6:40 a.m. to have breakfast, assuring me that I could enjoy the hot items instead of just the cold items usually included in the lunch box. My tour was scheduled to start at 7:00 a.m., so I needed to eat before that time, knowing that breakfast officially starts at 7:00 a.m. The next morning, I arrived as advised, only to be met by an incredibly rude staff member named David according what he said. He didn’t even allow me to explain the situation and bluntly told me to wait, saying he would open at 6:50 a.m. His dismissive attitude and unwillingness to listen to my concerns were very disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I expected.

Everything was great. Great location, good food nd, most of the staff were great and kind.

Definetely the shower temperatures. Especially in a country like Bolivia it hurts to waste 10min of water to be able to take a hot shower! This is a) inconvinient and b) a real waste!

The Hotels runs very highly rated coffee shops and restaurants, serves a decent bkfst and even offers a massage if wanted. Room and bed are comfy

Found it a bit noisy as travelers continually come and go through the night. Definitely ask to change rooms if you get one next to the lift!

Location was amazing and definitely recommend if you only have 1 or 2 days in La Paz. Staff were super helpful.

Great location right next to The Witches Market.Very lively & safe part of town. We paid extra & got a large room with views. Definitely worth it! Within the hotel there is a cute Cafe, plus restaurant for breakfast which was lovely. As were the staff! Lots of travel companies close by to book tours. And ATM'S. Hotel staff were very kind. We loved our stay. We organised a late check out for our O/N bus to Uyuni. All perfect👌
