One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. We extended our stay from 3 days to 9days. Where to Beginn... the food is incredible. From the breakfast to a la carte lunch / dinner. I was looking forward every day to eat :) they even make you a barista coffee! The area is probably the best to stay in, it's safe and nice. You can walk to shops. We were so glad we didn't stay downtown. The staff is kind and helpful, excellent service. The facilities are beautiful and the gym is well equipped with lots of machines and weights. Internet is fast and we could work every day from the restaurant space which has plugs and comfortable tables so it was perfect for us as we were working. The room was amazing to sleep in and the cleaning lady did an amazing job it was always spotless clean and she left water and chocolates in the room. They helped us also to find a driver because we came from peru, hilver, who was really amazing. He also brought us to uyuni and from uyuni to Chile. Excellent experience.

Not very close from the center of the city, but very peaceful, perfect to rest.

Spacious and clean room, the bed was very comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff. Good restaurant and breakfast, with a varied choice of food. The swimming-pool and the jacuzzi are very clean and enjoyable. Peaceful neighborhood, away from the agitation of the city.

Staying at the Met was the best decision we made while traveling in South America. The hotel is just over a year old and has all the amenities for you to relax and enjoy a few calm days. We were truly blown away! The staff is absolutely incredible, being so nice and personal, and taking care of any issues right away even if it has nothing to do with the hotel. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast, that had an amazing Parfait and the best French Toasts I've eaten in a hotel. I witnessed quality in other details like the staff measuring the pool levels and changing the orange juice at breakfast because it was too watery. The pool and spa area is dreamy, and the gym is huge! The bedroom was nice with great soundproofing and with a mountain view. It's located in south La Paz and while staying in the city center has its advantages, this area is much newer, calmer, nicer, with many great restaurants nearby, such as the ones at the most technologically advanced building of the city. I would only return to this hotel if ever back at La Paz.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with really great service. The food at the hotel restaurant is good and the gym is probably one of the best equipped hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. We had a 30 minute free massage included in our stay however this was very basic and she didn’t really seem to know what she was doing so we didn’t rush to book any additional spa treatments. Whilst this hotel is out of the centre of La Paz, we really struggled to find nice hotel options more towards the centre and it was also nice to be a bit further away from the craziness of the city centre. We left our luggage at the hotel for a few days whilst we went to the Salt flats, which was no problem. The hotel offers a breakfast box to take away if you have an early start with options to choose from which was really nice.

Location is out of the main touristy area - but not a problem and an easy cable car ride to anywhere you want to be.

Staff were super accommodating and lovely. Even made me a packed breakfast for my super early flight!

Only small things. Considering you are in Bolivia, where tourism is a very new concept, I think this hotel is still a very good choice. Some things that could improve: -Food in the restaurant was average and a bit overpriced. -We had to ask about the complementary massage included in our reservation. -The pool area was nice, but it could have been warmer. - The hotel design is beautiful, but the build quality is not good, the building shows signs of wear and tear.

Nice, attentive staff who make you feel like home. Beautiful, modern building with great Scandinavian design. Good breakfast. Breathtaking view from the rooftop. Easy and comfortable transportation to and from airport. Very good restaurants in the area (try Ancestral if you are here). I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Pool area felt a bit dated - due to condensation it was leaking from the pool, walls were pealing, sauna didn't really heat up (it was a steam room not really a sauna anyways). We enjoyed it regardless.

Really enjoyed my stay there- staff was lovely, rooms were beautiful, gym was huge with a ton of machines. My partner had a massage he really liked.. Also breakfast is very good!

Loved the place, very professional and amazing facilities and rooms. Really had a perfect stay over Christmas and would come back here any time. Hotel taxi was awesome as well. The hotel even kept some Christmas cards for us which arrived 2 months after our stay and are posting them back to England for us. Love all you guys at the hotel!!
