Took 30 minutes for the night guard to respond to us ringing the bell for our agreed upon early check in at 5 AM. In any case only a minor inconvenience and the great beds made up for it!

Great setting in an old colonial townhouse, decent breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel manager was so kind to help us with changing our itinerary due to multiple road blocks linked to political protests. Much appreciated!

I'm not sure there was anything we didn't like.

The staff was super-helpful both concerning the room and aspects of the hotel, and also tips on what to see in the town and where to eat, etc. The hotel itself was beautiful -- courtyard full of flowers, etc., roof patio with view of the mountains. Breakfast was more than satisfactory, and location was just fine -- an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. We were in Room #7 which was wonderful -- good size, nice little enclosed balcony.

We loved the location and multiple seating areas outside and the view. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully decorated. The hotel staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi to Tupiza for us. We would highly recommend staying here.

The property is beautiful, the bedroom furnished in an old style fitting with the building. So many outdoor patios where you can relax. Flowers and plants everywhere . Beautiful views of the surroundings from the patios. Would love to visit Sucre and stay here again

Everything was perfect!

- Very welcoming and helpful staff. - Comfortable bed and spacious room. We booked the Junior Suite and we had a spacious room with a great view. - Very beautiful place with flowers in the courtyard and amazing view on the city. Quiet place. - Perfect location, in the center of Sucre, it’s easy to visit the city. - Very good breakfast.

The door security needs improvement. I did not feel safe with nothing but a doorknob button lock.

A colonial hotel with an eye for detail. The layout of the hotel is true to its colonial roots, with many outdoor areas. Styled to impress, it does impress. I had a single room and it is best for singles, or a close couple. Bathroom was newly renovated with ample hot water. A few blocks from the main city square. Highly recommended.

It is an old colonial property that has been renovated keeping its colonial ambiance with care and taste, converted into a hotel with fresh smelling rooms disposed around a bright courtyard, in such a way there is no street noise. From our room with a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom we were greeted every morning with the sight of the red rooftops of the city and its churches. The white walls of the hotel reflect the whiteness of the city, in the style of southern Spain and the Greek islands. Breakfast is ample and varied, wifi is excellent (over 25 Mbps), staff attentive and even the owner can be seen at times at breakfast. This is the hotel to stay in Sucre.

We loved this beautiful property and especially enjoyed the light and view from our upper room! The inner courtyard is filled with plants and cozy places to relax. The breakfast was simply excellent- what a treat to have lemon and apple pies, cake and wholewheat fresh bread as well as the plentiful offerings of eggs, fruit, juices etc.

Very nice rooms with a historic touch. The location is ideally located close to the center. There is an extensive breakfast buffet that meets our expectations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!

Keep in mind that this is an old, but well maintained building. The rooms are spacious, but rather rustic than modern. We enjoyed the character of the hotel though and overall felt very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The property is stunning and we especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking nearby churches and rooftops. The reception staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Breakfast was rich and varied too, especially the pastries section. Location is also unbeatable in the very heart of the city, just round the corner from the main plaza.
