We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Lebanon**Disappointing Stay Despite Good Facilities** We stayed for a night with my husband and two kids, mainly for the kids' pool and playground. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. The bar was too close to the kids' pool, which didn’t feel family-friendly, and although breakfast was okay, it wasn’t worth the price. We were woken up at 6 AM by loud music, and the kids’ playground closed early at 6 PM, leaving no time for the kids to play after dinner. After check-out, the staff was unwelcoming when we tried to use the playground, despite it being empty. Overall, while the facilities are decent, the service and policies need improvement.

KuwaitFurniture, bed, mattress, fridge, etc.. is old, so are linen and towels (although clean and does the job). bathroom amenities are less than expected in such a hotel category. DONT expect comfort or luxury as it is very basic. The really bad side of the hotel is the jet ski noise (from outsiders), at early morning and around sunset, that really make me hesitant to go there again! one last comment, I didn't like some guests not respecting car parking protocols and manners!
The staff are very good and always useful, the property design and structure is excellent, the bar/ seafood restaurant are excellent, Breakfast is good. cleanness is excellent (in spite of some guests not respecting that). service is -in general- very prompt.

Saudi ArabiaUpon check in, just because I didn’t include my kids which is 5,4 and 9months old in the booking, my husband has to pay 200 riyals extra for the breakfast. Despite than arriving late at 1am, the room was having a strong cigarette smells. Glad that the team changed our room quickly. Thanks for that :) When we went for the breakfast the next day, the staff told me they only will charge if the kids is 6 yo above. So I don’t know whom to report? Plus Novotel is always our first choice. Never been to any other hotel yet in Bahrain
This is our 5th time in this hotel whenever we travelled to Bahrain. We love everything here! They brought Indian breakfast on Friday morning which makes me happy!

BahrainThey are rude and strict. Many hotels allow you to use facilities the day of the check out. Novotel comes to people in the pool kicking them out at 12pm infront of other guests. It makes the place feel very unwelcoming. They are overpriced in their rooms and food additionally kick people out. I think the new management needs to rethink their attitude as I used to come every weekend, and last time booked for 4 nights. However, considering to take my business elsewhere.
I go for the pool with children, their pool is temperature controlled so its good for the hot summer months.

United KingdomThe cleaning of the pool area could be improved as the pool had garbage near the waterfall for over 18 hours . A glass , cigarette packages , butts, and a beer tin. I reported it to the pool bar but was ignored . There were also cigarette butts under the bridge that partitions the children's pool. Also beware if you book a beach front room you could be kept awake by the extremely loud partying on the beach ; there was a beach party at the time I stayed . Thank heaven I booked a sea view .
The room was as advertised . It was perfect . The terrace overlooking the sea was fabulous . Access to the beach and pool couldn't be easier and the food on offer in the Mediterranean restaurant was great; both dinner buffet and breakfast . I would go again .
