There was a beach party all Friday until midnight and the hotel didn’t inform us before. It was really noisy so make sure they don’t organize a beach party when you go there.

No important things in the rooms like dental kit, vanity kit etc… The shampoo and shower gel are of a very commercial quality.

Biggest complaint would be there are cigarette butts everywhere like evertstep on the beach you would find 2-3 that's disgusting and yall need to sort that out.

The staff was very friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The food was good as well. I was expecting the buffet to be unendible but it was quite delicious.

Beach side. Kids friendly hotel. It was our 4th times in Novotel Bahrain. At the moment we didn’t stay at any hotel yet except Novotel :)

THERE WAS A PARTY FROM 12:00 to 00:00, we didn’t know that when we were booking or paying! We informed that after we paid and arrived at the facility, the receptionist showed me an A4 paper tells about the beach party. I couldn’t go to the beach and have a peace time while my kids were playing at the pool as I planned.

La perle restaurant serve ne two nights in a row and awfully over seasoned steak and lobster. For what it cost i didn’t appreciate that, the cook need to be talk to seriously, already advised the waitress before leaving before it become a disaster

Though we booked a room for 2 adults + 2 kids, we were provided 1 big bed, would have preferred 2 double beds.

the room was good and spacious though more traditional than modern/western. The front desk staff were helpful and it's close to many places. Overall, lovely stay.

The pool and beach looked good. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy it. Opening times and closing times posted were 9am-6pm, which made no sense. Timings should be earlier and later for use of the pool or beach Not sure if this was due to our visit being in Ramadan... Request a sea view, our room was in the corner so view was a little blocked. We only found the beach area the night before we left, we should have been told about that location on check-in. Calamari on seafood platter was deep fried rings and overcooked. Picture on menu was tubes, waiter should have asked for our preference.

Room was nice and spacious and enjoyed the balcony. Staff friendly. Ambience around the pool during Iftar was good. Parking was good and the Art Gallery in close proximity.

- beach is boring, nothing there (no music or any kind of activity) but good for relaxing. - location is bad because of traffic lights near by - Breakfast is basic but it is okay

- swimming pool - kids club is great, especially for toddlers - restaurants inside resort (all kinds and good rates) - shisha is delicious (the guy responsible of shisha is professional) - spacious rooms - view from rooms - parking availability - toilets and facilities - staff and their service

Tiles around bath a little tired as the fridge and the bedroom and balcony furniture . More diligence to cleaning the balcony area due to the birds. A suggestion due to mosquitoes to have a plug in socket deterrant for bedrooms. Children left unsupervised in restaurant with the worry of spilling a hot drink on them or falling over them. I know its parents responsibility😉.

Food excellent the beach and pool area fantastic and the room service was also excellent as our visit fell during Ramadan.The guys definitely get their work out with carrying those trays.😉 . All staff throughout the property were very nice and nothing was a problem. The outside of property is well maintained well done to gardening team and the team who wash the areas in the evening.

Putting a paper at the door that we have to leave at 12 pm for the lest night or we will be charged in addition employees were not welcoming
