Most furniture in the room is pretty beaten up, broken or water damaged. But it is fairly clean. It can be insanely loud when your neighbours start partying and playing music next door.

The hotel has a very nice gym and pool. The area is walking distance form several malls. Easy to get cab rides.

-Big thunderstorm in the area and we had several leaks in the apartment, believe hotel should doma better maintenance work before, but not after the bad weather. -TV has no international channels

The 1st apartment we got has plenty of problems that the stove takes about 30mins to just boil the water, curtains don't block the sunlight well, phone and internet didn't work etc... After we talked to the front desk which was very nice to move us to a much better room for the remaining stay. -One-bedroom apartment is very clean but with outdated furniture, bathroom is nice but shower area is very small comparing to the size of 5he toilet, comfortable bed, pillows and blankets. Kitchen has the basic equipment to cook, kettle, coffee machine, blender and toaster but all are old. -Front desk staff and housekeepers are very nice, polite and helpful especially after the strong thunderstorm. -Gym is a plus, big with very new and nice equipment -Swimming pool area is very nice, big terrace seating area with resort type of feeling. -Not much around with some small convenient stores, restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets like Carrefour are far without a car. Airport is about 20-25km away, bus 41 brings you to the Souk and bus 23 to the Bahrain Fort.

The housekeeping staff are stingy with room amenities , and would only replace towels upon request

Entertainment systems are very dated, bathroom fixtures are not in good condition, and the bedding smells like bleach. The biggest flaw appears on weekends, where the music from the entertainment facilities in the hotel is very intrusive and loud which makes sleeping very difficult.

Spacious clean suites, kitchen and room size was bigger than expected. The hotel is in a good location, with quick access from street to lobby to rooms which i appreciate (i dont like having to go through a large hotel lobby to get to my room usually). Would definitely visit again when i NEED a large suite for a reasonable price, but not for the hotel experience.

I passed two nights alone and during the checkout I was told I had order some items from The minimarket at midnight. I refused to pay The invoice because it was clear I ordered nothing. I Hope this mistake will not be repeated with other guests.

Elevators were a bit smelly, they were clean but maybe a different choice of cleaners.

Room was big, as described. I liked the kitchenette, was very convenient. Nearby parking was helpful as well. Liked the downstairs restaurant by the pool.

Staff accept Loby staff and cleaning staff other they are very rude and they not respect the guest specially on Fridays morning at 6:30am there is one Indian staff was talking in the phone while I talk to him and he said to me you can call later, because I was asking him for late check out, he was very rude which he nervous me and I will not book agin in this hotel, since I am traveling to Bahrain ever 2 week.also in the swimming book the staf the same and the in-charge of the bar his Indian he vey rude and they service very bad, they not respect the customer to order more and they are very poor of customer service no one train them, you order something they will forget and you need to keep asking the same question.
