It is a small family hotel at a nice spot with good restaurant and comfortable bed for an overnight stay. Quiet location with easy access to the city center.

The room wasn't so soundproof.

The staff was kind and helpful and they gave me a special parking spot for my motorcycle. Even they don't speak English they try to help me.

Dirty, bad smell of cigarette and mold

Thin walls and hearing everything that is going on in the next room (snoring, talk, etc). Cigarette smoke coming from the restaurant. Loud music coming from the restaurant at late hours (can be up to 3, 4 AM ). No receptionist after 1 am. Toilet and shower in the same small space.

Location was good as i needed close to my relatives place. Very clean bed sheets. Overall clean. Freedom in and out. Best fit for the weekend stay if absolutely needed. Longer term - questionable.

The bathroom in one of the rooms was way to small; both bathrooms showers had no curtains and splashes were everywhere. The floor in one of the rooms was filled with mop traces and somewhat sticky.

The restaurant downstairs was looking nice.

i booked the stay by mistake after I crossed the border and went out of Bulgaria. i had message the property twice in a 24 hours time to kindly ask for a refund since I did not stay the night there and got no response. i was charged my money without staying in..

The room was small, but nice. The bed was double, not two small next to each other. The air conditioner was working great. The restaurant down stairs have amazing food. Great place!

By mistake I made a reservation and paid for another date. But when I came they gave me room for that day everything was ok. After they ask 5 leva more because they said that instead of 62 leva room, I stayed on 67 leva room. Incredible they fight with me for 2,5 euro. Finally I paid but personel is not friendly. I dont recommend. It was their mistake if they give the room at the beginning. What is 5 leva for an hotel? This was like a joke. By the way Hotel is in unsecure area if you go by car.

Unable to have a coffee before leaving as taxi to airport 7am and restaurant didnt open til 7am and no facilities to make drinks in bedroom.

The staff were helpful and the boss did her best to support us as she spoke fluent English and stayed over to ensure we had all the food and drink ordered. The food was really lovely' It was Close to hospital where my dad was. A shop across rd. Supermarket and shopping Mal not far. Lovely family hotel and vaule for money I would recommend

Cons: -the shower is in the middle of the bathroom and when you take a shower the entire bathroom floods. The fact that this was not shown in the pictures is dissapointing. -dust -smells weird -really small

We stayed for five nights and the room was cleaned only once after the first night. The hotel didn’t provide shampoo, soap and toilet paper for the whole stay (except the one that was left at the bathroom at our arrival). The towels were old and worn off, the sheets had holes and stains. The service at the restaurant was rude and slow, extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming staff.

Hotel is just several rooms on the second floor of “restaurant/bar”. There were no hot water in the morning, shower was without door so the water flows on the floor of all the toilet room, bed and sofa were looking not very good (pretty shadow). Big disappointment nevertheless even low expectations before settlement. Don’t recommend!!!

The only good thing in this “hotel” was pleasant waiter/administrator
