The breakfast was a bit heavy (lots of fried stuff) and not that much of an offer in vegetables/salads.

I reallly loved the fact that our room had sea view! Was so nice to hear the waves! It was clean and nice, plenty of food, the beach was well-kept.

My room was under the restaurant and on top of outside terrace. The noise from outside (people on terrace) made difficult to sleep.

The location is awesome. The infinity pools were great. The entertainment was fine. The food was very good.

Food was so tasty that we had to eat a lot.

The rooms are very basic, I would say 3 stars rating. The sunbeds on the beach are too close to one another and the beaches are rather small. Water wasn’t very clean and had big stones in it.

There were many food options. Some of them good, some not so much. The view is very nice. The staff was very nice.

An inside-heated pool would have been wonderful for the cold weather we encountered, we couldn't enjoy the pools or the sea during our stay. This could extend the activity of the hotel for several months. But we knew that the hotel didn't offer an inside pool when booked our vacation... and what to expect mid September? The beach had algae, but I think they didn't clean it because it was the end season, although this might be seen a bit disrespectful... During our stay, the sheets were only changed once, after putting it in the laundry basket, although the bed was arranged every day. Regarding the towels and the cleaning service, it was generally ok. At the end of our stay, we have noticed a decrease in the quality of food, it might have been because the hotel was going to close that week. Don't expect for very tasty cookies, they are generally very sweet, but many fruits were available. At the beach, the bar offers lower quality drinks than the restaurant. Only one sort of natural juice was available, the orange juice, which was also very sweet. I ended up drinking water and tea, but my husband also enjoyed the soft drinks and coffee. During cold weather, there is not much to do but relax on the sunbed and enjoy a good meal. Visiting around needs leaving the resort, it is a few km away from Balchik. But end season doesn't seem such a good idea for booking here. We only wanted to relax for a few days, so it was ok for us. I think that for those that seek for fun, carefully choosing for the very hot days of summer is a must.

The room was large, quiet and clean, with a wonderful sea view balcony. The buffet had a large variety of dishes and we were very pleased to find many sorts of vegetarian and fish-based food. The resort has several wonderful pools and aqua park and relaxing areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. Drinking water is available anytime on the lobbies.

Maybe some healthier options for the afternoon snack at the beach would be great. But overall, very content with everything.

It has exceeded our expectations. Great place for pure relaxation by the sea. The rooms are very clean and confortable, food is ok, I liked the fact that there were plenty of delicios fruits and vegetables for every meal. The view is beautiful from the main restaurant. The pools were all very clean and plenty of seats available at the beach (in Sept at least). Also there is big parking underground, so no need to worry about it.

It feels a bit old. And it is very very isolated. Considering it's a all inclusive hotel, is ok though.

We stayed only 4 days😂.

The apartment we stayed in had big rooms. The view was amazing, tasty food and good drinks, friendly staff, the pools were clean. Actually, everywere you looked in the resort was very clean. The aqua park was all the kids needed for a great stay. There were lifeguards near every pool and on the beach also. Everywere in the resort, we had good wifi connection.

Very well stocked meals, lots of options, even if a bit repetitive. Entertainment team was excellent, enjoyed children's disco and the beach party. The kid had a great time, and us too :)

Somehow unsatisfied with the food and drinks, i ate and drank everything, don't get me wrong, but hear me out. When you pay 100 €/day/person for all inclusive you might expect better quality food, at least not frozen and if you are not drinking a bootle of vodka alone to damage the hotel's profit, then i expect better drinks. Because the resort is remote, the activities end at 22:30-23 each day and there isn't a lot to do afterwards.

Comfortable beds, many pools, great staff, the beach is very very close to the hotel. Clearly a great resort designed for family with kids. The studio was huge and the balcony as well.

Some of our neighbours were extremely loud (screams + music) after midnight. I understand that it is not the hotel's fault, but maybe they should reinforce their policies.

Two bedroom apartments are excellent for a family stay. Everything you need on top of the private pool (shared with another 1-2 rooms.

The whole place could use some renovation. In our room/apartment the shower doors were barely holding, came off a couple of times. The sink missed the filter and one had to be careful not to drop anything in it. Also the tap was not fixed properly to the sink cabinet and it was difficult to turn on and off the water.

The size of the room/apartment was great. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The food was ok, enough variety for a 6 night stay. Plenty of activities for the kids. We had a really nice vacation.

Everything was wonderful. No complains!

Everything: the lovely clean room, the balcony view, the food, the swimming pools, the friendly staff, etc. It was our third time that we’ve stayed here. I can truly say it gets better with every year. Thank you, White Lagoon Resort, for a great holiday! See you soon!
