The neighbours are too noisy, screaming and yelling late at night and early in the morning, and I understand they're the owners of the neighbouring apartment so the trouble is permanent.

Fully outfitted apartment in a development with cozy swimming pool area and sea views, conveniently located at the start of the Budzhaka area of Sozopol and walking distance from the new and old towns. Reliably good service and overall well maintained property. Have stayed in the complex in the past and will continue to use for short or long stays in the future.

The hotel is about 20min walk from the beach (might be a problem for people without a car). Our room was a bit noisy especially when the terrace door was opened as it was very close to the road. The mosquito trap wasn't protecting much so there were mosquitos in the room. Note that there is no restaurant in the complex.

Very good hotel in a nice area. There are restaurants and shops nearby. There are two parkings for the clients. The pool is very warm and clean. The rooms have air conditioner. The bathroom was spacios.

We stayed there for a second time and we loved it. It's a great place with a great view and location. The staff was so friendly and the apartment was exceptional. We are looking forward to go back there next year.

Wi-Fi was super weak, especially during the day. You cannot expect to use it for work and often enough you can't even load a video. This is something the staff could not help with and I ask management to invest a little bit more in routers and bandwidth. The walls are not that thick so I hope your neighbors are quiet ones.

The room was spacious and clean. The terrace is looking at the pool area and the sea. The staff was polite and helpful. There are restaurants close by. You can see the sun rising from behind the horizon and over the sea :)

The bathroom was not very maintained and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The view is beautiful, there is everything you need in the apartment. There is a pool in the complex and there are enough sun-beds for the guests. The staff was very kind.

Some of the items in the room are already very worn out - the remotes of the TV and receiver were not working properly, missing keys etc. The shower in the bathroom was loose and would not stay in position. Everything is good it just need a small maintenance

The location is not near the beach, the old city or supermarket. When we checked the location on the map, it seems to be closer. You have to go by car everywhere.

Limited parking space, in high season it could be a problem to park. Bad quality kitchenware, dull knifes, sticky pan.  1,5-2km to the nearest beach. Photos are taken so you could think that apartment has 2 rooms (living room and bedroom) but it's actually 1 room apartment.

The bathrooms need renovation as well as the doors and the windows. It was very noisy in the early hours.

The location is very good. There is a parking for the cars. The staff was cooperative and helped when needed. The pool and the garden were very clean.

How is this a sustainable hotel? There wasn't even a "save water" sign on the bathroom. No way to recycle, do they recycle? Room had an interesting smell. There were little flies on the bathroom ceiling.

The bathroom was poor, the terrace is very small. No one came to clean or at least take out the trash.

The neighborhood "Budzaka" is complete trash. No pedestrian pathways, poor lighting, lack of a place to park the car. If you are on foot - forget about it! Everything is 5-10km away. So everything worth doing in Sozopol - you need a car for it.

It was clean, well maintained - trees, grass, flowers. There is a small pool and relaxation area - good for a lazy day out. There are parking places adjacent to the hotel but also on the street level.
