The hotel is not renovated, therefore it cannot be consider a 5 star hotel. The only part of the hotel that can be consider of 5 stars is the SPA area. The rooms are very old, and the bathroom didn't had a bath tub or even a shower tub....you need to shower directly on the floor, which was flooding the entire bathroom.

Except for the access to sunbeds and shades on the beach, I did not see that much benefit of having the all-inclusive package. The staff were overall good, but if you are looking for exceptional service, then look further. Rooms also need more TLC, as they were clearly showing signs of age.

Location of the hotel is fantastic, with direct, private access to beach. Only 30 minutes away from Varna airport by car. If you book the all-inclusive package, you get sunbeds and shade guaranteed on the beach all day. The most fantastic buffet I've ever seen for an all-inclusive. Every meal, we were looking forward to see what surprises await us. Always leave room for dessert! The SPA area is very well maintained, with a 25m indoor pool, great for swimming, and a variety of saunas when you want to have a switch from the beach.

weird smell in the bathroom - weird smell in bathroom - there was no seafood in the menu(only some hering and regular fish)

every room has 2 sunbeds and one umbrella on the beach. We went to the beach at around 10:30 AM and all the time found free sunbeds - the food was delicious and diverse and mainly changed every day - gorgeous view from the sea view room - extremely comfortable bed - well insulated, there were no disturbing noises - new towels every day - great facilities: indoor & outdoor pool, saunas, jacuzzi - very good air conditioning even on 5th floor - free parking in the green zone(a few minutes walking from the hotel) and option for paid parking if wanted right in front of the hotel

Great view, great location, on the beach. Very nice staff. The food was good, many alternatives. Cleaning done every day. It was not crowded, at any time you went down you could find a seat on a deckchair. They had 2 areas: the free ones, for hotel members, and the paid ones.

The bathroom is without a shower, only bathtub, and I had problems to get in because of operated arm.

Peaceful sleep surrounded with forest and birds, excellent and very rich cousin, great spa with 2 pools with mineral water and many other joys. Very clean everything.

The breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff is great. We liked the pool and the SPA zone very much. The location is great, the hotel is on the beach, you can walk, watch the sunrises and sunsets. Close to Varna and peaceful at the same time.

Old comunist hotel, refurbished some time ago, beach was dirty and garbage all over from the hotel facilities.

The food was excellent - wide variety and high quality. The hotel has a beach area which you can access through the back entrance. The beach is equipped with umbrellas and beach chaise lounges which you can use. Rooms were cleaned daily. Even if the hotel building is quite old, it is renovated. Spa facilities are acceptable as variety and they are new and well-maintained.

I am not sure how the bartender at the pool bar was selected. I am sorry to say, but he doesn’t belong to this 5 star hotel at all. He was rude, arrogant, extremely far from the kindness you would expect from someone working at a hotel like this.

The room, the facilities, the beach, the spa - everything was just perfect. The vitamin bar at the spa was also amazing. The reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff were great.

The TV set in our room did not have all 3 basic stations in Bulgaria to watch news. Three reports at the reception desk went unchecked and no solution was provided. The TV set in the lobby did not work at all.

The hotel location is excellent. We liked best the tranquility of the surroundings - no loud music or discotheques. Pools are very good - inside and out. Food is plenty and with varieties.

It would have been great to enjoy a warm outdoor pool throughout the whole year and not just the "cooler" days from Sept/ Oct. Some of us came especially for it, trying to benefit from the mineral water. Given the property has TWO swimming pools, let those who like warmer waters have an option. The "private" beach for hotel guests only is actually open to the public and charged. The adjacent payed zone belongs also to the hotel. So do we actually pay for privacy and serenity of a private beach area or rely on the luck to not have random people enjoying a loud beach day near us? We happened to be accommodated in a room that had a weird smell. It could be anything, we get it, but maybe try to find/ resolve the matter.

The beach and shore are just great. We loved the view from the top floor room. Much enjoyed the whole hotel complex, its well- thought structure. A grand and elegant place.
