Food sometimes wasn’t amazing but there’s such a variety there’s nearly always something you can eat and for the price it’s quite acceptable. Definitely not as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be.

Extremely good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day as well which was nice.

- The food in All Inclusive was worst than the waste we give away. Limited, horrible state & taste. The same for the drinks. - Everything was extra dirty, starting with the restaurant. Seats, drinks dispenser, microwave all extremely dirty. Cats are allowed to get in and running all around, eating up the waste. Everywhere bees and flys. Never seens such a thing in my life. - A lot of great facilities but all mega dirty. There is a great kids corner, but surely it wasn’t cleaned in the last 20 years, you won’t let your child play there. - Parking in front of hotel is very limited, should be hard to find a place in high season.

My baby girl got some stomack cramps because of food at dinner

Julia (kids animator) is the best in staff ! 😁 She deserves a rise! Pool was fine, but the weater didn't help..și water was kinda cold

On Booking the hotel Diamond has 4 stars, but the rooms are a maximum of 2 stars, without cleanliness in the rooms and the bathroom is not as in the pictures in Booking.

The bar is not that variate. Same (aboute 6) alchool drinks everyday, and the juices have a bad taste. The food was good, but repetitive, maybe you can add more in the future, or to change it more often.

The place was very clean, and the cleaning lady was extremely nice and the pool is amazing and also clean.We did not expect a snack bar, it was a good suprise. The stuff was very receptive and they know english, which from our point of view was great. The Parking spots are limited. You can park either behind the Hotel for 15 BGN a day, or you can park in front of the Hotel for 20 BGN a day. You can pay day by day or for the whole itinerary. Usualy the cheaper parking slots are full.

Issues with the parking - limited spots at the hotel; we knew we had to pay for them, but none were available, so we had to park other place.

Room was spacious, same as the balcony, a basic cleaning was made everyday in the rooms. Buffet was nothing spectacular, but the food, even though basic, was good, you had several options. The pool was very nice, but in high season you have to go really early to occupy a spot.

Food quueing system horrendous and only bar at pool so little rubbish plastic glasses so if you wanted to chill in hotel at night it was awful and never had ice after an hour of opening

I didn't like to much the staff couse they was like grumpy at all times. FOOD WAS THE WORST EVER DISGUSTING FOOD. I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED BE COUSE THE FOOD IS VERY BAD QUALITY

The food was not the best. If you are a picky eater, don't go here. If you are choosing this hotel mainly for the all Inclusive and the good food - you Will be dissapointed. The breakfast was okey, lunch was sometimes okey, but stay away from dinner (and desserts) Dont excpect good alcoholic drinks There where only two plug in for Electrics in the entire room. Way to little when you are two Girls, and None of them where in the bathroom. Please bring your own hairdryer.

There were 2 things what made us really disappointed. Some part of the staff who are really unfriendly, especially at the cafe bar where we had to pay. Even if we gave the girl a tip more times and she is a waitress, we had to tell her to bring our coffee to our table, because she did not come. Some other time when we wanted to pay, she just disappeared and we couldn´t pay. After a while the receptionist came to us to remind us, that we forgot to pay. On a top of that he even expected us to pay more than what we consumed. The second thing is basically our fault, so that´s why I really did not complain. One night we lost our room key, and they told us that we get another one for 40 BGN. Until this part it would have been alright, the only problem is that they said they will give the money back if they find the original one. When they gave us the "spare" key, I recognized it. That was the original one, because the ring part of it was damaged. So actually they just found it after we lost it, and charged us for 40 BGN, but as I wrote: it was also our fault...

First of all, it worths absoulutely the price we had to pay. We were 10 persons in 4 rooms. Honestly I was scared before I arrived because of the many bad comments about the food...etc., but it was not as bad as I expected. The location is perfect, the pool was great and regarding the food, we always found something good to eat. I definetely did not regret this holiday in Diamond Hotel.
