Fantastic value for money. I highly recommend you to take the room with the view. You will enjoy a little apéro in your room looking at the castle. Also, ‘Marin’ (I hope it’s written correctly) went above and beyond to make our stay great ! Would definitely come back.

The cleanliness of the room was not great, especially around the bed. Some of the cleaning/maintenance staff were not too friendly at all. The room seemed in a better condition on the pictures. Loads of stairs to climb.

The view was amazing- Tsarevets fortress outside your window. The breakfast was sufficient. The bathroom was great- clean, spacious and with everything needed.

A complete positive surprise, after several previous trips to Veliko Tirnovo. Smart and helpful staff, extremely comfortable rooms, 10/10 beds, free parking available and video surveillance, complete and diverse breakfast. Bonus, we got the best view for the regular price, just because it was not taken.

One thing should be said here because i didn't receive apologies when signaling this, I just received thanks for noticing: the butter from breakfast was expired since 2 weeks! (and I eat it before notice) :(

Perfectly placed in old City center with great view to fortress from room or the terrace above. Big size room, good natural light. Parking lot just next to the hotel, nice lobby decorations, decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Fantastic location, you can watch the lights show from the rooftop. Reading other reviews I expected a mid breakfast but I was pleasantly surprised. It had a variety of sweet and salty foods. Room had a small fridge and tea pot, very convenient. Yeah the toilet flush was a bit jammed but nothing too bad that you couldn’t flush down the toilet :)

Slightly outdated. The mini fridge had a bit of an odor and my kid slipped and fell on the bathroom floor (not the shower area but outside) after she got it way too wet. Just keep the floor outside the shower dry and you’ll be fine. We did need tl ask for help with the air conditioner, but that was solved quickly. No phones in the room, no biggie.

The hotel is charming. Our view wasn’t of the fortress, but our window did lverlook a lovely house across the alley. Unsure of whether someone would be there, we kept our curtains down at night, but we opened them up during the day. Very pretty view. The room was quite nice, beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked well after some adjustments made by our lovely receptionist. We liked that there was a mini fridge and the bathroom was modern and nice. We popped a tyre as we were arriving at the hotel and the receptionist did not leave my side until we got that three changed. She got her hads dirty and didn’t care. It was so comforting to have help in that moment. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of yummy food, teas, and coffee. Huge asset. Location is hard to beat.

Hotel Studio in Veliko Tarnovo is conveniently located, offering a beautiful view of the Tsarevets Fortress right from our window. The terrace above the building provided an incredible vantage point for the nightly light show in the Fortress gardens. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect, we had the opportunity to go on the roof and see the light show at the fortress. The room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff really helpful accomodating us.

- cleanliness: we stayed one night, the towels and sheets were indeed clean, but the bathroom was not. The door was dirty, the toilet had urine spots and traces of feces, mold spots in the shower as well. Also, the flushing system of the toilet was broken. However, the toilet was cleaned after we made a complaint at the reception desk. Also, the flushing system was partially fixed, but my recommendation is to replace it completely. Cleaning, especially in the bathroom, should be done with a keen eye for details. - breakfast: low quality products and lack of variety. Coffee was extremely bad. - bad pillows - not very clean rug - old furniture - noise from the street, even with the windows closed (it is a busy road even during the night)

- location: view towards the Tsarevets Fortress and surrounding hills - lovely terrace where we could watch the light show from the fortress - kind and helpful staff: we had a problem with our bathroom as it was not thoroughly cleaned. I mentioned this to the receptionist and the problem was solved quickly. Moreover, due to this issue, the hotel provided us with free parking for one day. Normally, we would have had to pay. A very kind gesture from their side. - good mattresses - parking: although small (with 8 or 10 parking lots), it is great that they have it.
