We had a wonderful stay at this property! The room is located in a house and is exceptionally clean and bright. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay – a large and comfortable bed, air conditioning, a shower, a TV, a small fridge, a coffee machine, and even a hairdryer. Everything in the room is new and spotless. The bathroom is also very clean with a modern and pleasant design, and the water pressure in the shower and sink is excellent. There's plenty of hot water, and everything is well-maintained. The house itself is also very clean. It has a shared kitchen and refrigerator, which are kept spotless. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, stove, and oven. There’s plenty of dishes available. Additionally, the house provides an iron and ironing board. The Wi-Fi is fast and works perfectly throughout the entire property. The outdoor area is beautiful, with many different trees, a barbecue area with all necessary equipment, and parking facilities. You can also securely store your own bicycle if needed. A special mention must be made for the hosts, Nikolay and Tatyana. They are incredibly polite, welcoming, and ready to help with anything at any time. Staying here felt like visiting family – they are truly wonderful people. They speak multiple languages, including English and Russian, and are dedicated to ensuring everything runs smoothly. We wish them great success with their business. If you prefer not to cook or use the barbecue, there’s a restaurant just 15 meters from the house offering a variety of delicious food.

The shower was a bit of a problem as it was a walk in shower and it got dry sooo hard. You could not use the toilet for at least an hour after showering.

Super close to the beach, took about 15 minutes to walk from the villa. Very nice room, comfy and large bed. Very close to good restaurants and also to a non stop shop. The owners were very nice, very helpful. Beautiful decorations, nice terrace, it was really great. They have natural flowers, fruits in the garden, it makes it feel like a warm home. Might be a little detail, but I have loved the fact that the face towel was not white.

The rooms were airy and comfortable with Aircon and nice private bathroom/shower. There's a lovely restaurant over the road and the owners of the house are incredibly friendly. A sweet family that was so hospitable, we were treated to some pancakes and french toast unexpectedly in the mornings 🥰 and very kindly we were provided with airport transfers. They really went above and beyond!

Superb room with balcony and access to kitchen, lounge and garden. Extremely well decorated and finished. Host very helpful. Sarafovo is so handy for beach and airport (easy to walk to both), very quiet and relaxed small town.

Liked everything.

The Стаи за гости Димитрови is located in the centre of Sarafovo within 10 min of walking distance from the Burgas airport. Cafés, shops, beaches are very close to the guest house. The young couple Tanya and Nikolay who run the guest house were exceptionally helpful. They made us feel like at home. Our room in the attic was big with two beds separated by the alkov for privacy. It was also exceptionally clean. Ir had an electric kettle too. The rest is in the kitchen with the fridge, washing machine, cutlery etc everything is that needed for a longer stay. There were even boiled sweets on the kitchen bar. The dining room is very comfortable with the shelf of books in Bulgarian and English. Tanya and Nikolay also speak English. I would recommend this guest house to everyone who like to stay in Sarafovo close to the airport and the sea.
