It was not so clean there where cobwebs and spiders in the room,the TV was 15” to small for the big room,the spa is very depreciated

The hotel is a bit outdated and spa wasn’t good - just a pool and sauna. Also it wasn’t worth this money - too expensive.

Beds are very old and uncomfortable, the pillows were the worst- I had a neck and shoulder ache from them, and the room was not cleaned daily. The robes for the Spa were worn, tattered and had holes in them - as well the towels were old and fraying. They should be replaced with new ones.

Breakfast was good- beautiful location. No massage therapist on the premises -you must book them in advance of your stay which we did not know.

We didn't like that we need to extra pay for bathrobes in spa hotel. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The spa facilities smells bad.

The food was great and the location is stunning. Very quiet place. The staff was polite and friendly.

place should get renovated, SPA is 1990’s standard, parking is not organized, restaurant is more like small cantina with loud music, tv is 14” with poor signal, very slow Internet

Facilities are very old and it is not a spa hotel!It is miss sold to people. There is NOT even massagers on site. It's a hotel with sauna/jacuzzi/steam room(when it works) and a small swimming pool with sharp edges. Very old and uncomfortable beds. Rooms are stinking of sewage Bathrooms have been modernised but the bedrooms are desperate of refurbishment. Very overpriced for what it is! On the positive side- staff were very good,friendly and helpful. The receptionist even ordered and brought to the hotel a birthday cake for my boys. They made an effort to make it special for us! Food in the restaurant was average but pricey.

Decor in rooms a little dated but not an issue with our stay.

Beautiful location set in peaceful surroundings with amazing views. On a main road but not noisy and parking was free and adequate. Lovely big clean rooms with separate bedroom and comfy bed. Ensuite had lots of hot water for showers. Complex area with good outdoor pool and plenty of sunbeds. Also a small outdoor bar area. Indoor spa area with heated pool, steam room and sauna. Good sized restaurant with good menu for lunch or evening meal. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Free WiFi although not brilliant but OK. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Did not have adequate facilities for charging electric cars. The night reception service provided by a male employee was very disappointing, uncooperative, lazy, no empathy and was not interested in meeting guest needs or providing any assistance after being approached on numerous occasions and preferred to socialise with guests and provided frustrating excuses that he was unable to contact his supervisor. However, the morning reception service provided by a female employee in contrast was excellent and she provided a quick response to our needs and was very empathetic.

If you are looking for a SPA hotel in the mountain, you'll be hugely disappointed. If you are looking for a cheap motel near the main road for a sleepover, you'll be disappointed again. This place is not a SPA hotel and is not cheap. It is a battered 3-star road motel at the price of a 4-star SPA hotel. The kids were so disappointed by the pool and the broken facilities. The food is no good. The beds are really uncomfortable.

The only thing we liked was that the room was quite clean and spacious.
