Romanian guests who behave like uncivilized baboons that disturb the entire pool area.

Clean and up to standard, with the attention to detail you'd expect from a mineral bath spa hotel to relax and heal your body. The restaurant is fantastic, with an excellent chef. The doorman was very friendly character and assisted us with our luggage.

This hotel is better than the Hilton in Sofia! The rooms were absolutely perfect & so was the balcony & furniture there. I would not change a thing about the room except to put an additional electric plug next to both sides of the bed.

Outstanding! Very clean, quiet and cosy rooms. The pool with mineral water was very clean. SPA centre has plenty of facilities -steam rooms, infrared room, sauna, ice room and pool, relax zone and more.

The piccolo was the most impudent person I have ever dealt with. I was only with a backpack with fragile things inside. Rejected his service, but the man started pulling my backpack with force, telling me that we are being observed and he can lose his job. He was calling me sweetheart (if it matters I am a male) all the time. He messed up the luggage later when he was about to bring it to our room. Twice! This was the only negative thing during my stay. All the rest was great.

When two people order a meal and they are not served together - a few minutes is ok but 15 minutes not acceptable (lunchtime). Compared to other nearby hotels reception is not friendly or welcoming which is important on arrival after a journey.

the water in the pool was noticeably colder on Sunday night. In the restaurant also it seems that the hotel is trying to cut costs in off-peak times - not all of the items of breakfast are served, salad ingredients are scarcely added (3 tiny slices avocado), which is a shame at these prices.

I didn't like the standard double rooms, they were a little outdated and the beds was to small and rather uncomfortable. The deluxe rooms tho was nice and modern and the beds was way more comfy. The worst thing was the breakfast. It was really poor and the food wasn't so good. Fried eggs and scrambled eggs mixed together and some cheep sausages and cold bacon. They need to work on this and have same pancakes and waffles for examples.

I liked the location, all the greenery around the hotel make you feel the nature it is really calm and refreshing. The spa was good and clean as well. I liked the restaurant and the food on the a la cart menu. The bellboy was really friendly and nice old guy don't forget to tip him :)

The personnel at both of the bars (near the restaurant and at the SPA area) was a little lazy and not particularly interested in serving the guests.

The SPA facilities in this hotel are excellent, the pool is big enough, there is Finish sauna, Infra-red sauna, hamam, steaming bath, mint bath, jacuzzi and also wonderful outside resting space. It is very clean and not super busy even on a weekend. The hotel is situated in a very lush area, surrounded by trees and flowers. The room was spacious and quiet.

Bossy man on the door.. Balinese massage most painful ever experienced and unenjoyable. Meals ordered by 2 people had one served while the other waited for 10-15 minutes. No TV Internet signal.

We decided to enjoy the cocktails from the lobby bar menu after dinner. It turned out that the same lady was in charge for the a la carte restaurant drinks and for the lobby bar and she just refused to serve us cocktails saying that she could pour us "something quick". There is no drinking water in the spa area - you need to go to the bar to buy it. The staff does not mind that kids of all ages are going to the spa and disturbing the rest of the guests.

The location is excellent - very close to the highway, hence the easy access, and yet you can enjoy the fresh air and most of the time just birds and crickets in the green grass and trees surrounding the hotel. Most of the staff are very polite and are there to make your spa getaway enjoyable and refreshing. The rooms are big and comfortable, the a la carte menu is good and every dish we tried was delicious. The spa center is big and has all the usual bells and whistles you could expect. No outdoor pool, but the the indoors one is big enough I believe. Although not exceptional and largely reduced during the weekdays, the breakfast is good enough.

We pay a lot of money for the hotel and when we want to use the jacuzzi they said that we need to pay 500BGN extra because is VIP room , which wasn’t saying on the description on the hotel.
