We missed bedside lamps, more electrical plugs closer to the bed, and shower curtains.

Couldn’t ask for a better location in Veliko Tarnovo. It’s a family business, and the owners are very friendly and super responsive. The property is made up of several buildings, with a cute courtyard/garden that can be noisy if the other guests are not respectful. Our room was very large, with a small terrace. The hotel has private parking, which is a real plus in the Old Town, but be aware that manoeuvring your car there can be challenging.

We are very happy with the room and service. The location is great. The rooms are comfy, nice, and clean. Also, they have private parking which is very important for that city.

We have only positive things to say about the hotel. It has a great location, close to the center and restaurants, and offers private parking, which was important for us. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with everything you need, and it had a beautiful view. The bed and mattresses were exceptionally comfortable. The inner courtyard is nicely arranged with beautiful plants. The host is responsive and speaks good English. The staff are excellent. It's great value for the money. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, based on what I saw, the price is justified by the quality. Plus, there are four sleeping places. The bathroom is not a place where you'd want to shower. We went out for a walk and returned to find a strange smell in the room, with a huge puddle near the window from the bed. The bed linen was clean. It's located in the city center and they have their own parking, but the parking is not great, very inconvenient, especially if your car is large and low. Overall, the prices are unclear for such a small town.

The boss left the location in 2 or 3 mornings and no one informed us and the staff said they are not making breakfast if he isn't there. Also we had to call someone in order to talk, because the door was closed at the place they were serving the food. Out of 4 days, we had breakfast for one day and it was ok, not perfect, but still good. The room didn't have a king size bed, there were 2 beds next to each other and looked like a bigger bed. We managed to sleep together like this, but it wasn't the option we would have chosen.

The rooms were renovated recently and it was very clean, looked good and the view to the fortress was absolutely amazing. Also the host was very kind and called me to confirm the reservation for the room and make sure everything is okay. Also when we arrived he came and got up in the car with us and showed us the way, because there were some constructions around and we couldn't find the way with the GPS.

Very good location in the old town! Nice and comfortable room, with beautiful view to Tsarevets fortress. Very gentle stuff make us feel like home. Good breakfast in the restaurant. Parking for guests.

Probably the decoration in the room will be addressed in the near future as it is a new built, but we didn't mind.

Excellent value for money! The family hotel is in the old town, a quiet area and very closed to handicraft and coffee shops. We had a very clean and modern family room in the new building, not very fancy but the view over the Tsarevets was great. We could see the light show from the balcony :). The owner helped us with the parking which is quite difficult to get in the area, even with payment. The restaurant of the hotel serves a decent breakfast and overall our weekend break was great. The rating on booking.com really reflects our evaluation of the accommodation.

The breakfast is good, you can just ask the menu in advance to make easier your choise in the morning(is not included in the price of the room); the room is clean and cosy, our was quite large and we also had a small garden just perfect for us, and mostly for our dog; the parking is small but if you get a place is just great, you can do most of visiting on foot; is also free of cost, both the parking and the dog! the hosts are very nice, all services must bee paid in cash, there are several ATMs where you can withdraw; enjoy your visit!

The cleaning in the room could have been better, as there was some dust on the floor, but not very disturbing. Also, I did not like the bathroom, our room (10) had only a shower, without curtains or anything and when we showered, the whole bathroom was filled with water

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the old city center. This has also a downside, the way to the hotel is quite steep and you have to be a good driver to access the parking spaces, which, by the way, are next to the hotel. You can only pay by cash. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are big and spacious and the value for money is great. I would for sure book another accommodation if I visit Veliko Tarnovo again.
