It was really clean and tidy. I was impressed by the many provided amenities, there was everything that you might need like slippers, iron and ironing table which to be honest I don't find anymore in big hotels even. Overall it was really cheap and at the same time you receive much more for what you pay. Also the host was very polite and attentive, I could see he cared about the guests. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues 😊

Had a wonderful stay at Georgy's place. Very nice room and the entire house beautifully built. In the evening we shared some wine with Georgy and had a nice chat about the area and life. You can order a very nice breakfast.

The bed was a bit too soft for our taste.

Nice host was waiting for us and accomodated us in a nice, clean and homie place. There is a small terrace where you can have a view on the town. Everything is close. The host prepares good breakfast. The room was simple but nice.

Comfortable room with nice balcony overlooking Kordopulov house. We enjoyed the piece and quiet of the town and the beautiful nature surrounding the house and the area. The hosts were super kind and made us delicious breakfasts

Perfect location, enough places for street parking, host family, owner´s wine - the best I tried in Bulgaria. The room was relatively small but there was enough room to sit outside with a fantastic view.

Excellent stay and location. The accommodation is close to everything, but not on the main road. The rooms are new, clean and well organised, main room and bathroom have good size. Air conditioner, hairdryer and fridge are available. Special mention for the electric cattle and the instant coffee and tea availability. It is a small thing that makes a big difference to someone like me since I'm a morning person and love to have my coffee without waiting for the coffee shops to open. Great staff as well.

We were greeted by the owner and shown to our room. The room was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. When we checked out they sent us on our way with some fresh banitza which was lovely.

The street from the main Street to the hotel is very steep and slippery/sandy. My father struggled to walk up to the hotel. It would have been great to know before they there are also stairs leading up to the hotel!

We had a surprisingly good stay. The room was very nice, the bed was comfy, the toilet spotless. The external area was also nice, especially the backyard, with views of the mountain on both sides. As I have booked two rooms, it happened that I booked one of the rooms wrong - two singles beds - however, the host offered us a double room without any extra charge, what we appreciate very much.

The room was beautiful, it had everything we needed in such a small place. It was very clean and the bed was comfy, the pillows flat and a lot of outlets to charge everything. I really loved the wood inside. I think it was the best sleep I had in Bulgaria so far.

I sincerely recommend. The host very friendly and helpful. As a greeting he treated us to a plate of cheese, a glass of wine and a beer. The room was large, very clean and nice. There was a beautiful view from the window. A patio with a table and a garden with a couch and armchairs were made available for guest use. There was a view of the mountains and the city. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I am delighted with both the apartment and the city.

We had a noisy neighbor, talking loud till 2 a.m., even smoking in the bathroom, though it's against the house's rules. I understand that the hosts don't have control over the coming guests, but it would be very nice if they remind every guest right with check-in that they should keep silence, because this place is quiet and really nice to stay at.

We had a very pleasant stay. The house is clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Feels like everything is made and decorated with love and care, you enter the room and you feel at home. The house is near the center. The host is very nice and welcoming. There was a fantastic view from our room.
