The fact that a lot of things were worn off /not working, for example, coffee maker. The biggest problem was bugs - in the kitchen area, cockroaches were crawling out of behind the electric sockets, and in the bathroom, there were gigantic roaches crawling out of under the shower pad. If you are a bigger group of people, in the kitchen you have only one tea cup to share. The info page in the flat wasn't updated, so we had a misunderstanding about leaving time.

So many stairs!! Plus, no idea what we would have done in a fire emergency, no exit or plan, which was a bit worrying.

No lift. Advertised as first floor. Maybe that’s different in Bulgaria as in almost top floor. Shower tray leaked. A few unwanted insects, but manageable.

The bottom apartment had a really low ceiling, this was not ideal but okay. At the entrance you will be supervised by a camera.

The location was amazing, communication was good and easy. The apartments are big, clean and have a nice view. We enjoyed are stay in the beautiful Sofia.

The access from the main entrance was so poor. We have to climb 6 levels staircase with luggages. Once you get down, it have to really planned due to climb up the staircase is so challenging.

The photo of the flat was not the flat I stayed in. You need a flashlight to go up and down the entrance stairs of the building. A motion detector light goes on in the foyer, but there are no lights going up the stairwell. During the day it is fine as the windows give light. In the entrance to the apartments, there is a motion detector light and one at the top of the stairs to the 2nd apt.

The location is excellent at Serdika for places of interest, tram and Metro. Clean, quiet area, basic. Flat is warm, it was very cold when I stayed there.

Hardly any hot water in the shower, didn't match with 10 people staying there. Also, did not like that we found several cockroaches in the apartments :-/ The "chair beds" was not very comfortable to sleep in for adults

Building itself is too old, no elevator so need to walk 6 floors which can be hard for elderly or people with knee problems. Two apartments are like duplex and they are renovated but upper one is axtension and it is getting too hot specially in the summer time this can make it hard to stay inside.

Size of apartaments and rooms are good specially for large families looking for plenty of space, both apartaments using same entrance is good. Close to the center so can walk to enjoy city center or take public transport to go near areas.

The apartment is on the 6th floor. No elevator. 108 steps from the entrance to the apartment. The microvawe was not available, although it is listed on the apartment description. There is an unpleasant odour in the bathroom.

The location is great, only five mins from the main attractions. Newly refurbished apartment. There is a supermarket next to the apartment.

The apartments are situated on the top floors, which is great, with lovely views but only accessible by stairs, as stated in the listing. Travellers should be aware that there are a lot of stairs to navigate (I think we counted 93 to the first flat then a few more to the one above), so think about the size of luggage you will be travelling with. It's not a problem but is an important factor to consider if anyone has mobility issues. Also, the showers were great but we had some issues with flooding because of the design.

The apartments are in an excellent location for tourists with all the main attractions and sites of interest within easy walking distance. The accommodation was as described in the listing. The bedlinen and towels were very clean and fresh and the apartments are modern, spacious, bright, comfortable and airy. There is a Lidl just a minute away and a fabulous coffee shop, the Altruist cafe, just opposite.

Everything was perfect except the fact the apartment is on the 5th/6th floor and we have to climb stairs as there is no lift in the building.

The property was right at the centre Sofia , everything was 10-12 mins away from the apartment , Lidl was very close to the accommodation.

We had a really bad time with a lot of cockroaches appearing on the beds, at the kitchen, at the bathroom, on the floor all over the apartment. The owner wasn't willing to help us with that. He told us the only thing he could do is to come the next morning for disinfection. When we asked for a refund of money (since the very next morning we totally left the apartment), he didn't accept. Replying to the Booking company the owner lied, claiming that when he went to the apartment he didn't find any cockroaches.... while the kitchens' dustbin was full of 7 baby cockroaches killed by us the previous night.

It was written that there was no elevator, but I never thought the building could be so upright. My sister had an accident before we arrive the town and her foot was in plaster, so it was a bit hard for us to climb up and down.

Considering they ask questions about how I got the keys and entered the apartment means there needs something to be improved. It was early in the morning when me and my family arrived the building. According to the explaination in the message we got confused the apartments in the entreance and in the rooftop. But after we called the guy responsible with the apartment, he just popped up and helped us, and the problem was solved. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with a big saloon. We were 4 people and it was quite enough. The place had all the facilities inside, and actually we had our breakfasts and dinners at the place. Which means you can cook inside. The location is almost in the center. It is 5-10 minutes walk from the St. Nadalia Churh and the most of the touristic places. You can enjoy the building as a group.
