It was a first time when I couldn’t find something to eat. It was a first time when I saw how people need to wait for food or fights to croissants. I’m very disappointed. I didn’t wait a lot from this hotel. But not such 💩 Very dirty everywhere. Especially in swimming pools. But some of personal was really kind and friendly.

It is not worty at all. - DO NOT GO THERE -The staff are super arrogant, not speaking English and not friendly at all. -The elevators: 2/4 were not working and because of this, using them was a nightmare. Getting downstairs takes you usually 10 mins.(6th floor) -the restaurant is a DISASTER, too many person coming in the same time, nobody organizing anything, people were fighting over food ( only 10 trays of food (2 types of meat, 3 of side dish) for too many people. On top of that, the waiters were not speaking english or willing to help. -at the restaurant they didn’t have enough cutlery for everyone, not enough dishes and as previously mentioned not enough food. -when we asked for deserts they told me “maybe at dinner” and during dinner they told me “maybe tomorrow” and we never saw deserts. - only 1/3 bars was serving alcohol drinks ( the rest only beer and no international juice - just some very concentrate sodas made out of powder which was visible in the glasses. -they didn’t clean our room at all in 3 days. - no WI-FI - no swim-guard at the pool or at the seaside - in the last day, the cleaning lady got into our room while we were naked, without knocking or checking if somebody was there. We kept on telling her to get out and she couldn’t understand english and continued to speak to us. -The Italian restaurant is a joke, it is closed but you find out after you check-in.

The area looks cool, but oldish. The room looks pretty decent but not maintained properly. The hotel looks pretty decent but definately not 4stars, maybe maximum 2.5

Sadly the lack of maintenance was very visible and made it hard to not notice. The food was good at times due to the other visitors, not being enough also the queues were long and the organization could have been better. the water from the pool was cloudy on the day of arrival, and we noticed mold in the pool. The tiles of the pool were also letting go and that is noticeable in the pictures taken. The Aqua park was even worse with some pools green and others not filled and plants growing where water should have been. WiFi is only in the lobby and TV's don't take HDMI.

The staff at the reception tried everything to make the stay comfortable. The beds made it easy to drift off to sleep. The shops on the premise were manned by very helpful staff, and always well stocked on the basics. The Cleaning staff even with the crowds did everything to clear and clean tables as fast as possible.

The stuff was welcoming till they put you in a room without aircon and broken shower. Once you start to complain they don't like you.the food was awful .rooms dirty.for 7 days my bed sheets wasn't changed once.room in terrible condition. Nothing like on the photos. The Ukraine people are everywhere and very arrogant. One word never throw money for this hotel again

Hi the poor hotel I ever been in my life, no air conditioning not working and keep saying will fix tomorrow but nothing very bad organizations. No water next day for about 2-3 hours same thing. I want to speak with manager no body there to organise this things.

Very bed rooms smell terrible, bathroom was so dirty, bedroom was with mould on the walls. Wc was with water flowing been asking for day we arrived to get sorted but no one did anything, no kids entertainment. Absolutely terrible not recommend! Food was terrible, at the restaurant was never inaf plates , or food , everything was terrible we became a well with bed Tommy from food for 2 days we couldn’t do anything . Drinks was so disgusting. Swimming pool was never clean, was absolutely disgusting, I ask the staff they said that they don’t have the comical to clean! All the water park very dirty, never cleaned dangers at water slide not life guards! Not Sunbeds to use! Elevators never worked, we had to use the stairs! Everything was so so old and not clean.

Half of the facilities were not working. Hot water in the rooms went off frequently, so you had to catch it at a right time to have a shower. We did go just before the closed for winter season but still expect to at least have hot water. Seethrough glass door to the toilet in the bedrooms is very bad idea!!! 🤣

The location of the hotel and the overall view of it is beautiful and luxurious. Staff were lovely and friendly. The steam valve in the shower is a lovely touch, never seen that before.

The stuff who didn t speak english,the administrator of the hotel who was the most unpleasant man we ever met. We got no infos when requested, there was a lack of water , no soda, no soap in the hotel bathrooms. The most basic stuff that any human needs were missing. And the hotel was very very dirty, like everywhere. The elevators were a joke, only two working for a 8 floors building so the waiting for one of it took a very long time. We are not hard to please tourists but the whole administration of the hotel its just a bad joke.

It's seriously rundown. Air conditioning can't keep up. Staff probably left during covid and there is nobody to change sheets, towels or to clean up the tables or to replace cups. Also there is no more donuts or popcorn booth on the beach sidewalk. The aquapark pools are partially closed and partially peeling off, kids should wear shoes at all times. Elevators too few.

Beautiful scenery, rooms, beach. The buildings are impressive old fashioned style. It's our second time in this complex but first time with kids and we had a good time. Good for first timer all inclusive clients and to train kids to behave.

The cleaning was poor, in 3 days not once they changed the towels, bedsheets, cleaning in bathroom or remove the bin from bathroom. Traces of killing flies on the walls, the dining area was absolutely under any level of sanitation or cleaning. Dirty floors, dirty elevators, windows...dirt and falling parts of walls everywhere . Plastic cutlery. .plastic cups...really? When food was finished we had to wait and wait untill they would refill. We didnt know what we were eating...no cards with dishes names...Absolutely never coming back!!! Outside the fence was pretty painted but inside....

The all facilities needs to be fully refurbished! The hygiene is under the counter. The food was bad and not enough for everyone. The beach is a huge disaster. We go back to home a day early. I don’t recommend this experience to anyone!!!

As above and also that the restaurant was very dirty, tables were not cleared as you finished with plates, it was actually the worst 4* hotel I have ever stayed in!!! We went out to eat and paid even though we were all inclusive, it was disgusting!!

The staff of whole hotel was Ukraine people and don’t talking different languages, except their native language. That’s was really poor. The Ukraine visitors of the hotel was really cheeky …
