Absolutely nothing whatsoever!

Everything about this property is amazing. The location to bus stop, beach, shops restaurants and bars. The location for the old town, Nessbar and sunny beach is just a short bus away ( you can easily stroll to the old town along the seafront). The staff are outstanding nothing was too much trouble on hand, very helpful and we will definitely be staying here again. Rooms are exceptionally clean, fridge and kettle. I cannot fault anything about this hotel and highly recommend.

We could hear someone breathing and then snoring very loudly in another room. Flushing and other plumbing sounds were also all audible.

Everything was super. You can feel the spirit of a family bussiness. The rooms were clean ( a very nice lady cleaning everyday the room, while you' re at beach), the owners are great people, helps you with everything you need. The food was exceptional, you feel the taste of the Greek recipes that are better then in Greece. We recommend this amazing place

When we came we had found the stain on the duvet, there is no shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom, though it was declared. Iron, altogether with the ironing board are in the halllway. But all we needed we bought in nearby supermarkets and when we asked for any assistance, we had been always given at least the explanation (as for example agreed transport from the airport that was cancelled by host due to the illness of the driver).

Although English doesn´t seem to be much spoken over there, personnel is very kind and helpfull, always trying to arrange things. They always ask whether everything is all right. Cleaning service in the room comes every day approx. between 9:45 - 13:30, but the lady is very flexible and asks you whether she would suit later. Rooms are clean, and thus the restaurant and the other parts of the premises. On the ground floor there is also a small grocery shop from the street side, which is even more convenient to use when someone needs something or gets hungry without the urge to go further to look for something instantly. During our stay, there was even a short circuit on our kettle and the fuses blew. Everything was put in order quickly and two days later we already had a new kettle in the room. The housekeeper was first interested in whether we were all right, and only then did he deal with the equipment. I must say they are very nice, friendly and caring people who will do the best they can once you ask them for help.

We only stayed one night at this hotel, as we were in transit. But it was a great experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was more than enough. And I can't stress enough on how friendly and understanding the management is. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

The fridge was very weak or not working properly, as our Soya milk got bad on the second day! Also, it would be great to have some vegetarian/vegan options for the breakfast in the future.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Although small, the balcony was also a great feature. Breakfast was included in the room price. It was a 7-8 minute walk to the beach.

Very nice house. Spacious and clean room, very comfy beds. The balcony was big enough. Quiet place, polite staff. I think for this price it would be really hard to find a better place.

It's a lovely family-run hotel. The staff was absolutely helpful and kind. We asked for transfer from and to the airport. The guest house was really clean. The room was big enough, well-equiped with comfortable bed, also with balcony. They also runs a restaurant which is absolutely fabulous, food is very tasty, fish, sea-food, etc. It's a bit cheaper than other places in the town. Rodos House is situated in the new part of Pomorie, far from the center (through there is regular public bus to the center, takes about 10 min), but that'swhy it is more quite and less crowdy. Beach is 6 min walk. There are bus stops to Burgas, Nesebar very close to the hotel. We have really enjoyed being there. Thanks!!!!

The owners are helpful and nice, and make sure that the visitors are satisfied. The food in the restaurant is delicious and it is served on the terrace, so you have a really pleasent experience.

Cleanliness in the room and in the kitchen, and exemplary kindness of the owners. Very good food at lower prices than in the city center. You can dine on the shady and clean terrace. Close to the beach, 5-10 min. walk.

The AC was mounted right above the bed, blowing right at you. Furthermore, you are Forbidden from leaving it on while in the room and threatened, that your AC remote will be taken if you left it on while not in the room, which is unacceptable in this heat. The TV was very old and small, nothing like on the photos, producing horrible buzzing noise. There was no freezer, just a very small fridge. Also, no parking for the guests. You have to roam around the streets, looking for a spot.

The staff were warm and nice. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Also the beach is on a 10 minute walk.
