We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I have stayed multiple times in this hotel when traveling for Kukerlandia. The park where the event takes place is close. Good value for money. Big and clean room. Some of the rooms have nice view overlooking the river. There is a grocery store nearby.

The hotel had parking right outside, it was in a great location for restaurants. The person who checked me and my wife into the hotel was excellent. The room was large with a balcony. And the bed was comfortable. For a quick stay, this hotel was excellent.

Perhaps the breakfast is overpriced for the standard of the country, we didn't take it. Very good location, shame the river was virtually dry, and there was no views over it...car park could do with better signposting as you are arriving at the hotel, can not necessarily figure it out unless asking at reception.

BulgariaWe stayed for one night only and two of our rooms were on the highest floors, so we had to go up and down those stairs quite a lot and even left most of our luggage in the car and took out just a few things. The drain in the bathroom was overflowing while we were taking a shower. Lastly, the receptionist was very unprofessional and impolite.
The rooms were nice and clean, very comfortable, and well equipt for a short stay.
