We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Central location on the edge of the Danube where river boats dock.Secure parking included. Fab outdoor beer garden/restaurant. Excellent self service restaurant for breakfast. We were on 3rd floor. A deluxe room which had been recently refurbished. (3rd floor)I think there’s a rolling upgrade programme going on.

BulgariaExcellent location - 5 minutes away from the centre and right at the Danube promenade. Our room had wonderful view at the river. They allow pets so we were able to stay with our dog. Room was clean, spacious and well furnished. I think the hotel was relatively recently renovated. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel to visitors of Ruse.

BulgariaBreakfast was ok, the selection was good, the hot food was not hot, not even tepid. They used heating units, but either they were off or they were broken, this was disappointing. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair, someone parked on the disabled ramp in their car and it was very difficult for me to get my husband into the hotel. I spoke to reception and they advised they did not know who belonged to the car as they do not take car numbers. The person was inconsiderate, but think this is something the hotel should implement as most inconvenient for disabled people.
The view was of the city, but still nice. Got a nice comp upgrade. Location was great.

United KingdomOne minor niggle - the smell of smoking on the floors. We believe that people smoke at the end balconies and this wafts in to the bedroom floors.
Excellent location on the Danube as we wanted. Good breakfast with a variety of foodstuffs and fresh honey off the comb which is delicious in yoghurt and on toast. Spacious clean room with views out over the Danube. The riverside and the town centre but a stones throw of this hotel. We will recommend this highly to anyone wishing for a short stay.

BulgariaSome small details could be taken care of - some dust on the furniture and the carpet, smeared windows and a roll of toilet paper that is just about to finish. A bit disappointing that you have to pay for a coffee capsule if you want to use the coffee machine in the room, that could be offered as a compliment and included in the room price.
We loved the view from the executive suite - the Danube river and the entire city of Ruse! The location is really great - just a few minutes away from the city center and at the bank of the river. The food at the restaurant downstairs was really great and the staff was very polite.
