The bed is a bit high. Pillows and bed sheets are a bit worn out. The building is a bit old but renovations are alright. The lift looked retro but functioned quickly. The bathroom floor level is not well done. Water flows away from drain and takes ages to dry.

Next to River Danube. Views to the river. Rooms are decent size, not large. Good location to restaurants and city centre. Breakfast is adequate. Good free carpark.

No soundproof and we had the misfortune that in the neighbouring room there was a man at first talking on the phone till 01:30a.m. and after that snoring. We experienced it as if we were together in one room.

The view is magnificent and the location is very good. The room and the bathroom are spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind!

Lady at the reception was amazing. Immediately she makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I got surprise as well, my room was upgraded to luxury in no coast. View was great, room spacious, quiet and super clean. Parking is accessible and reception aloud me to park motorcycle close to main entrance on covered area (it was a rainy day). Restaurant is very pleasant with a delicious food.

Nice view of the Donau river and good size room wit A/C. The breakfast was tasty and satisfactory. Overall, it was clean everywhere and the staff were very helpful and always smiled.

We got upgraded upon arrival to a Deluxe room with a nice view on the Danube High floor room, nicely decorated modern and clean Fast elevators Breakfast was OK, limited selection of items, was alright overall but can be improved. Parking was included Location is nice by the water and you are quickly downtown

The elevators seemed a bit dangerous, without the fixed safety doors, but no incidents occured.

We stayed one night at the hotel, we booked a standard double room, we were offered upon arrival a larger room in the same price. Very nice staff, clean room and restaurant, food was good both for breakfast and dinner, superb location.

The juice at breakfast should be replaced with something better. While breakfast was OK, we would not recommend dinner in the hotel restaurant. The elevators are in good working order but quite old and a bit dark and scary. If you do not pay enough attention to the information provided about them by the receptionists, you will find them hard to use.

Excellent location, by the Danube and in walking distance from the city centre. The hotel is an old Communist-era one with intact original facade, which might put you off. However, on the inside, rooms and common spaces were refurbished. Our room was clean and provided what you would expect of a four star hotel. Breakfast was decent and served in a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the Danube. The staff is nice and properly trained, especially the two female receptionists.

- some rooms do not have insects net on the windows, so we had to change the room due to a lot of insects. ( The lady in the reception was very helpful, thank you again!)

- the location - near the border, on the Danube shore, close to the city centre - the staff - so professional, so kind, so helping - parking lot right in front of the hotel, free of charge - huge, clean room - large, comfy beds, good pillows - large bathroom with toiletries - good breakfast

Its a shame you cant access the 17th floor for a picture of the River, Instagram you have Instagram gold on the 17/16th

The room was very comfortable with a great view of the river, the garden restaurant was great and we had a great meal, while it also had a space for the kids to play. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. Also like the safe free parking, and the park beside the river beside the hotel.

The breakfast. It was terrible. There were not enough options, wasn’t fresh and they stopped bringing new stuff out after 9:30 but the breakfast was until 10:30.
