We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaThis hotel is close to the city center and if there are concerts, like how it happened on last night - you might hear the music. It's small noise which could be drowned with ear coverage. The door of my room, idk about others, didn't have an extra lock to it, to lock it from the inside. You have only the main automatic lock - it felt a bit weird to depend on only this lock.
The bed was comfortable, with good pillows. Bathroom clean with enough towels and amenities. Basically, everything on the desk is for free use. There is an elevator. And if you ask the receptionist- they give you a big bottle of water if you can't drink or don't like the tap water. Breakfast had enough variety for such a small hotel and was tasty. Most importantly - the staff are polite and pleasant to talk to. Would recommend 10/10 just because of the staff. :) Also, this hotel is close to the city center and to the museums, great for starting your sightseeing. Unless there are weddings or some other events at city center - the surroundings of the hotel are quiet, at least on weekends as that was my type of stay.

United StatesThis hotel is exceptional! We stayed in the luxurious room which had two levels. Included was a private balcony that wrapped around the entire building and gave us a beautiful view of Ruse and the Danube river. The upper level even had a dining table. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Our room offered complimentary water and espresso as well as free WiFi. The air conditioning worked very well, and our hotel room alone had 3 units. Breakfast was small but good; coffee and espresso were available but without vegan milk alternatives. Laundry available at the hotel for a small fee. Hotel is located about a 5 minute walk to the city center and near many restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and for this I am grateful! We will definitely be back!

NetherlandsI missed 2 things in this suite: a refridgerator and a box of tissues. Oh, and know that if you like more than the 1 coffee capsule they give each day, you'll be charged 3 leva (about €1.50) for each additional capsule.
I booked a suite because that one has a balcony, and to be honest I was very disappointed when I saw the size of the balcony: less than 1.5 sq meter and too narrow to put a chair there. Thus I asked front desk if there was another room with a bigger balcony available. They said there wasn't any, but about an hour later they phoned my room to tell me they had a better room for me. This new room, also a suite, was even larger than the first and its balcony was HUGE! So I am very satisfied with the effort the staff made to fullfill my wish.

United KingdomLovely coffee machine in the room but I only drink tea and would have loved a small kettle so I could have had a cup of tea in the evenings. Nice big wardrobe but not enough coat hangers.
Room decor was beautiful and very spacious. Everywhere was very clean and room serviced each day to a high standard. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Nice outdoor space to sit and relax in and a lovely lounge area downstairs with a small bar that we saw but did not use. Good variety at breakfast, lovely to find you had a toaster as us Brits do like our toast.

BulgariaA cozy hotel, a modern and elegant building located on the coastal street and very close to the city center. There are many museums, restaurants, cafes and shop nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is sufficient and the coffee- excellent. The staff is very attentive and polite, we especially congratulate and thank Boris- positive, smiling and ready to help in everything. We will be happy to visit the hotel again.

PortugalWe had "The Loft" room on the first floor, which lacks any place to sit and put your luggage. The other rooms are excellent. Make sure you do not take this room under any cirucmstances.
A wonderful boutique hotel/guesthouse. Location is just on the Danube literally 5 minutes from the center square, rooms are nice and spotless, service is excellent, abundant free parking near the hotel, great breakfast and very relaxing atmosphere.

My room (a "comfort single room") was small but comfortable. It could be a bit tight for two people. The included breakfast was a good assortment of cold meats, salmon, cheeses, and vegetables with coffee and fresh orange juice.
