The hotel is In the center of the town, with a clean room, the lady at the desk very polite and willing to inform, parking right behind the hotel. Also the Wifi was good. I definitely recommend it.

It's annoying that the rooms don't use cards but keys, but you need the card to turn power on. Card is attached to the key. So you walk into the room, lights are off, and you need to lock the door before putting the card into the socket to turn the power on, but you can't see the keyhole due to darkness.

Very cozy hotel in the heart of the city next to the main street and all restaurants and shops, really big and clean room, comfortable bed, big bathroom with everything that we need, the hotel is very quiet and relaxing, there is free parking for couple of cars, good time for check out, very helpful staff

Location Location Location... it was just perfect! Free parking, which consider a top issue. Very nice and clean room, and a nice setting area on etc floor. Very service oriented staff and very polite.

The shower was a big problem in both the rooms we stayed. I guess the sewage system is old as the draining whole is in the middle of the bathroom and all the water goes to it. Is a walk in shower on the floor with one glass window only. Any possible ways we tried to shower, we still get all the bathroom floor full of water. We solve it by buying some plastic slippers from the stores near, so that we could use the toilet during many hours until the water will evaporate or drain. The parking lot has a entrance on a tight small street behind the main street, I would suggest you ask for directions prior arrival to the hotel.

Location is great, walking distance all around. The staff from reception is very helpful and nice. The hotel is more close to a family boutique style hotel with flower wallpaper and classic design but with a modern glass elevator for top floors. Air conditioner system is a bonus in the summer. Overall, good location and good value for the money spent, if they will invest a little more in upgrading the bathrooms.

Wifi signal was not there at all. We couldn't ever connect. When i asked about it to hotel reception the response was "it is wifi"

Gated parking only meld six cars. Parked right behind it but was the last car there also. Very tight but free parking.

Best downtown location. Walk to everything including light show. Building appears to be newly renovated.

Shower is not enclosed. Therefore, floor of bathroom is wet for sometime.

We extended our stay here as it was so nice. Great location, close to all the best restaurants. Nice staff, helpful. Good shower pressure. Comfortable bed. Very large room. Highly recommend.

The shower is not enclosed and therefore runs into drain in middle of floor. No breakfast at the hotel although you can purchase coffee and packaged foods/snacks.

The location of the hotel is right in the best part of town. Close to all the restaurants, main walking street of town. Bed is comfortable although the soft pillows could probably be replaced. Clean, great cleaning staff as well as front desk staff. We extended our stay we loved it so much.

Air conditioner not really circulating enough cool air and everytime you left the room with key card the air conditioner power would of course shut off as well. Spotty wifi.

Reaching to the parking was a bit of a journy on its own if youve never been to the town. The parking is right behind the hotel, and requires a bit of navigation. Google maps's pointer was pretty accurate

Every year we are choosing to stay at the Real Hotel. We like very much this hotel. The location is very central and they have a private parking space. The ladies from the front desk are very helpful.
