The appartment was announced with kitchen, but there were only a kettle and a mucrowave.

Beautiful views over the beach, handy location, great sized room and friendly staff. Even when I arrived late from a delayed flight the manager kindly got out of bed at 1am to let me in!

The deluxe double room was small for 2 adults and 2 Kids. We had a kitchen, but there was no dining table to sit and eat comfortably. The bathroom needs a refresh of the tiles near the shower. No space to leave your shampoo near the shower. The restaurant of the complex has a nice beach interior, but food needs to be improved.

The location was great. We had a nice view to the Sea from the balcony. The staff was polite. The pool was clean. The bed was comfortable.

We were accommodated in a freshly renovated studio - everything was clean and cosy. We had sea-view - pure awesomeness. The pool in the back is a great alternative for when the sea is rough.

Everything was great. the staff very polite, the rooms comfortable. I don't think you need anything else for a family vacation. The hotel is on the first line, it is very peaceful, you go out and you are on the nice beach, where there are umbrellas, sunbeds, restaurants with delicious food, and also areas for free (unpaid) beaching. The hotel has a restaurant where they cook delicious food, with a view of the sea and a step away from the clean sand. The hotel's swimming pool is also very nice, clean and well maintained. We would be happy to visit the hotel again.

The place is wonderfull with an excellent swimming pool with enogh place to put your towel and hide from the sun. Great location with immediate acces to the beach. The restaurant was also excellent with different menu every day and great staff.

The hotel was flooded last year due to an extreme rain crisis. The room we were in, despite that the management said it was completely renovated, was a complete crap. All wooden elements in the room like kitchen, wardrobes, doors were affected by the flood and they had mold in them - visual and smelly. The interior doors couldn’t be closed as they were tilted. Everything smelled really bad. Things got really, really worse when they “cleaned our room” the second day. They basically used the same mop and water (I guess) to clean the entire hotel and we were probably one of the last rooms to be “cleaned”. After they literally just wet our floor with a mop, there was a disgusting and long lasting odor of dogs, urine and sweat. We were extremely disappointed. We couldn’t get rid of that smell for like 24h. Once again - great location, huge potential, but it requires a heavy investment to be brought back to a normal quality level. Oh and also, the room didn’t match the pictures of the room we were accommodated in!

The property has A LOT of potential. There couldn’t be a better location - right in front of the beach with plenty of bars and nice restaurants. The hotel restaurant offered tasty fresh food.

The whole building's construction is pretty shoddy - there is exterior paint splatter everywhere on the sidewalk next to the building, the parking lot is gravel/dirt and looks more like an afterthought than properly planned infrastructure, and it's really not obvious where the offices are, this was built more as an apartment building than a hotel. We stayed in an ocean view studio and it was not in very good shape either. I also mentioned that our waitress was really kind, however the food at the restaurant is atrocious. The chef also can't control his/her kitchen and plan accordingly, because on Sunday morning we arrived at 9:20am to order breakfast that was included in our price, waited 40 minutes and were told there are many other people ahead of us so they are not sure when breakfast will be ready. Other people around us were in the same situation. We have two small kids that were getting really antsy at that point so we left to seek alternatives. They did eventually prepare "breakfast" and we picked it up to go after 11am...

Surprisingly, the staff (including the waitress in the restaurant) were very courteous, which is usually a weak point in Bulgaria. I liked the design of the restaurant and the fact that they put the kids' playground right next to some of the outdoor tables. The pool was nice and clean as well.
