The weird smell of mold on the corridors of the hotel and that the steam spa was not functional.

Nice staff, the apartment is huge, very good value for money from my point of view. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and living room. Of course the prices are very low during the summer but I think it's very good location for relaxing.

Even though when we booked it said there is a king size bed, we had a double bed with 2 mattresses that were not hold in place so during the night they went here and there so not very comfortable. The sauna was in renovation but it wasn't mentioned when we booked.

The accommodation was close to the road that goes to Vihren Hut which was exactly what we wanted. The room was pretty clean.

The apartment it's nice and new, a big plus it's the inside pool and jacuzzi, we went at Bansko in the summer when the nights are cold.It was a great holiday.

There is nowhere to hang anything anywhere in the flat ... !! 🤣🤣🤣 It's a minor thing, just wondering why is that!?? No negative things really ....

Very nice flat, very clean and comfortable, very quiet, with a wonderful, spectacular view, it's fantastic to relax on the balcony!!!! Very pleasant nice garden! Very helpful staff! With a big TV if u have time to watch TV at all ..... Very comfortable and well equipped kitchenet, Very pleasant living room. Clean bathrooms (2 .. one for each bedroom!) with really hot water. We came 2-d time to exactly the same flat and will try to come again when it's possible!

Ski shop was lacking some of the equipment sizes.

Apartment is spacious and well maintained. Pool and Jacuzzi also. It is not as near as it seems to the gondola. However we took a taxi every morning to the upper station. Staff is friendly. I recommend this place wholeheartedly

It was a good hotel, kinda close to the gondola, 12 min walking, the rooms need a little update and also the towels and bath robes should change them and buy new ones because this one’s were so many times washed.

The room appears to have received little attention from maintenance staff or utility services. Everything seems on the verge of falling apart at any moment. The cabinet handles are loose, and the kitchen cabinet door dampers are broken, failing to keep the doors upright. Additionally, caution is needed with the shower faucets, as they may detach if turned too forcefully. If these issues are addressed, we would be happy to return, as the property holds great potential, and rectifying these minor issues shouldn't require much effort.

There are numerous positive aspects to highlight about this property. The room size was ample, complemented by a terrace. The heating system worked exceptionally well, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of options which are typical for the Balkan region. Swimming pool facilities seems well-maintained. Parking places were big enough. While the property is situated slightly away from the city center, its location in a peaceful area enhances the overall experience. It would be interesting to see this in the summer.

You have to bring your own slippers to walk down to the swimming pool area. Also in no sufficient ammentities for the shower. Only shampoo.

The facilities, and more specifically the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam bath and Sauna. They where all clean with the correct temperatures.All negative comments that I have read prior my stay, either are not correct or they have been attended by the management. Perfect value for money. The Center of the village is 10 minutes walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable with adequate space. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. Indeed you have to ask for rooms to be attended and cleaned. For 3 nights for 2 person we didn’t really need any cleaning service.

Daughter’s sofa bed was terrible. The springs were sticking through. Could be easily rectified with a memory foam topper. Maybe a bottle of water in the fridge for late arrival would be beneficial.

My biggest complaint is that the blinds are not functional. Every sunrise the sun hits you in the face and you can't sleep. And the pool could be warmer.

The apartment we book doesn’t have all facilities , for example dishwasher, the dinner could be better - every day potato , and mainly same salads -very small choice of fruits - on dinner it is forbidden to use water machine On the pictures apartments looks better than actually for example the sofa was very old and the mattress very thin. That wasn’t comfortable.

Location very close to the ski lift, and staff were very helpful . Kids enjoyed spa and pool.

Very Close to the ski road/gondola (absolutely brilliant so you won't have to go with car or anything, you just go across the main road near the hotel and put your skis/board and on to the gondola ), Spa, Room, Pool, Parking.

When you arrive the rooms are clean but we stayed for 4 days and they only come to clean the bin, the floors stayed dirty and no clean towels. With many people it wasn’t comfortable having the floors always dirty

The property is very good, we came with 4 kids and the room was very big and spacious we were also able to make our own breakfast and lunches in the kitchen
