There is no control in the spa whether children are roaming around and shouting, this should be strictly monitored especially in the relax zones. Also some of the saunas we not working properly, they were mild at best. At first we received a room with a terrible smell of sewage and bad view overlooking the parking as well as the bars (the guests were singing and shouting after midnight) however the staff immediately changed our room to something more suitable when we asked, which is wonderful customer service.

A beautiful mountain resort located in a breathtaking gated community! The breakfast and dinner were superb, wonderful choice of food and it was very well prepared. The pools were heated and the entire spa and fitness complex was very clean. The rooms were well equipped, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The entire neighborhood is wonderful for walking and jogging, and it has the most wonderful scenery and views of mountains.

Breakfast was not as expected for a 5-star hotel. SPA water was not as hot as expected, and the facilities also were too small for a such big SPA centre.

The mattress was not that good. Quite old. Also the furniture. The carpet on the floor with decolor. The heating in the rooms is with the air conditioner (the air will be very dry).

Although there were enough places to eat, food choice was very poor and very westernised, which is not a bad thing, however authentic cuisine options would have been nice. Some of the staff were not familiar with the facilities and couldn’t guide us to restaurants we within the complex. In addition, communication was often difficult as a lot of the staff didn’t speak Bulgarian or English, which is simply unacceptable in a Bulgarian resort.

Too hard, almost impossible to contact the property before our stay by phone. Nobody answered my phone calls for several days. The food at the European restaurant was overpriced, Taste of Asia restaurant was announced to work by hotel staff and on hotel website, but not in reality;

The location, spa facilities, mountain scenery are great! Very relaxing, not crowded, clean and nice looking place close to the mountains; One can easily combine the advantages of relaxing spa procedures with mineral water and mountain tourism nearby;

very untrained personal, mostly didn't speak English they asked money for the coffee from the cofee machine from the room :) - this is first time in my life they asked for dinner fee 49 leva and in booking was writen 39( argument was that it is only with packages etc etc- it's not true , all the hotels have the dinner fee from the booking description) final conclusion- the want to make "quick cash " from every small thing, and they are desperate to charge you for anything ; too bad that a such nice hotel has so bad management and staff- owner should reconsider if for a 5 star hotel it s normal to charge the coffe from the coffe machine in your room the golf was incredible, and the personal from the Pro Shop very Professional and Friendly

The restaurant. The food was a bit tasteless and the staff was indiscreet and always around you and watching you. We felt like we needed a bit privacy while dining, we couldn’t say a word to each other because the staff was always around us.

The hot tub in the room was not working ! They also charged €4 for 2 bags of tea, that WEREN’T used through the coffee machine. They were just simple tea bags with hot water !

It's probably time to renovate the furniture, it's worn out and doesn't correspond to the pricing. Probabily worth revising the training in customer service to comply with the ranking of the hotel.

Amazing location and views. Worth mentioning the amount of efforts in maintaining the whole complex. Kudos.

There was sewage problem . Water dripped through the suspended ceiling when the neighbors above showered. We informed the staff but nothing changed.
