The property was great the only issue we had was finding the hotel. Address listed on booking is not correct. Thr one on google is the right one

We had an issue with the hot water at our room - it turned out that there is an issue with the boiler. The hotel staff reacted quickly and after a technical check-up, it turned out that it will take a few hours to fix this. The hotel staff apologized and upgraded us for free to a higher-class room right away in which hot water was available. Their fast reaction showed that they value their guests and do their best to provide the best possible experience even if something unexpected goes wrong. We appreciated the staff's responsiveness - we had a good stay and will come again with pleasure.

The park area surrounding the hotel is probably beautiful in the summer time but during this time of year it is completely dark. There are no lights at all so if you plan on taking a walk/run in the afternoon/evening and you are visiting during winter, bring a head lamp or flash light, your mobile phone will no be enough :)

The beds were quite firm, which I like so I slept like a baby. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good, above my expectations. The breakfast buffet was not very big but it contained all you needed and it was a mix of continental and local food.

Everthing is great.

The Hote is amasing. The staff is perfect. Specially Kristina at Reception is very kind and helpful. I am very glad to know the Staff. Lobby and some parts of Hotel is like museum or art gallery. The rooms are very clean and beds are so comfortable. The Hotel is in the middle of the Forest and the air is so fresh and oxigen burns your nose. I will come again.

No elevator( so you must carry your own luggage up the stairs

Thank you for being dog friendly, it is difficult to find hotels to stop in Bolgaria when you traveling with dogs. The breakfast is good, not variety of choice, but tasty. The park and nature near are very nice to long walk.

Our staying in Kaylaka started with nice welcome by guy from front desk. He manage to accommodate us even before check-in time. Room was clean and big enough. Hotel has amazing pool (lot bigger then i was thinking just looking at photos). Big area with sun chairs and umbrellas. Small bar with drinks and snacks. Location of the hotel is in the middle of the park (nice if you like to walk). We will definitely come back!!!

The staff were a bit rude in a true Bulgarian fashion. The rate does not include breakfast making the price to worth ration not really worth it.

It is a nice hotel tucked away in the mountain with beautiful pool and good parking. We had free pool access and they even provided free beach towels by the poolside which was a nice touch! We had rented the 1-Bedroom Apartment which was pretty comfortable and spacious. The view from the balcony was great.

The smelling in the room, it was pet friendly room but there is smell after the other dogs which stayed in this room before. Our tiny York was shocked because always shampooing

We had a sauna in our room and whilst this was seen as luxury, there was a certain smell of something like coals, not too intrusive but noticeable nonetheless.

The room was very clean, the check in was quick and friendly, we didn’t use the pool or other facilities but they seemed nice.
