No refrigerator in the room. Also, during the time that the city is doing construction work on the road, it’s about a 15 minute walk through the area where they are digging.

Leaving for an early morning bus, the front desk called but couldn’t find any taxis — so the front desk guy drove me to the bus station in his own car!! I was amazed at his kindness and he also wouldn’t accept any money. In addition it’s rare to find a hotel in this area with a pool and jacuzzi. Also, I noticed a huge play area for kids including an enclosed trampoline.

Room assigned was above the kitchen area and the smell of the food quite strong at times if window was open. However this was not a big issue as we spent most of the time at the pool.

The property is very clean and nice. Loved our stau there. The restaurant has great food amd nice deserts for him and for her and the pool was a big hit for our 2 children. Also had a massage and it was great, I recommend it. The nice gentleman at the massage aria is a professional.

It's not our first time here, but the expectations are again met: Rooms are not that big but enough for a 2+1 family. Good amenities. The restaurant is also good; the menu is not that varied, but they serve tasty food (they offer very good BBQ-based food, including fish). Nice breakfast too. The pool and the pool bar are quite good; sometimes a bit crowded but spacious enough

Pool staff are rude and unpolite. You need to beg for a drink, if you insist they will simple tell: "Can't you see I'm busy now?". I will mentione we were the only people at the pool. Pool opens very late (10 Am) and close 7 PM. For hot summer days like now that's not good, basicaly you miss the best hours.

There was a group of people talking and laughing too loudly at midnight. We asked the receptionist to tell them to stop but he didn't do much.

The location of the the hotel is its greatest advantage. It is near a green forest,however, in close proximity to the town.The pool is wonderful. We really liked the restaurant-fantastic and delicious food,fast and friendly service.

It was very hot when we were visiting. There was air conditioning in the room but it blew straight on the bed, either meaning it was cold with air con on or very hot with it off.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was walking distance to old town. Facilities for kids were fantastic with a playground incl trampoline & the pool.

Very loud, could not sleep properly, they had a private party in the restaurant, guests and their kids were shouting until 2 AM in front if the hotel. At 4AM there were still people loud speaking on the terrace. called reception after midnight, nothing happened
