Closet didn’t have door. We were at 4th floor and its take time while hot water start at bathroom.

Good breakfast, nice staff, nearnest of old city. Bedroom is very comfort. Sauna and spa are veru good. Pool is also very nice.

I didn't except to be so far from the center of Bansko. You need a car if you want to go for a walk or for a night drink.

Very nice hotel. With parking. The room for one person was very big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and if you ask to have dinner, you will not be disappointed. Was also excellent.

The air condition in the room overheating, and I couldn't turn it off or decrease temperature. The filter of air condition should be replaced....

Food was good, dinner especially... The swimming pool is small but decent, as well as spa. Clean, with hot water. It is ideal for family stay. Maids are very professional.

Since the rooms are not soundproof, everything from the neighboring rooms can be heard.

Very good location, walking distance to the center, very close to all attractions. We loved the view from our balcony, it was just breathtaking! The view was towards the garden and Pirin Mountain. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would say this hotel is great for a family with little children too because it has all facilities for a family to enjoy their stay.

Okay, so maybe the standards are different in Bulgaria, but this was definitely not a 4* hotel. I'd rate it a high 3*. Breakfast was nice as far as taste goes, but there was a very small selection of food and almost no variety. I spent a week in the hotel and it was all the same except some days there were warm croissants (very good!) and some days some kind of sweet pasta instead. Again, great for a 3*, but not good enough for a hotel that advertises as 4*. The whole time I was there, the hotel was overrun with HORDES of children between like 8 and 14 years old. They came in buses so I assume it was for some kind of sporting activities or tournaments or whatever. If you didn't go for the breakfast early enough, these little fcukers ate EVERYTHING. And I've never seen anyone replace the food they devoured (maybe they did eventually, but I wasn't gonna sit there for an hour and wait). You couldn't even sit in the lobby and work while they were in there because they were SO. DAMN. LOUD. Apparently they kept occupying the spa center as well, which the receptionist warned me about when I arrived (a big reason I didn't even try and rather found venues that didn't allow children somewhere else). I know this isn't really the hotel's fault, but it would be nice to mention this maybe on the booking page that this is a place frequented by BUSES of kids. If I knew this, I would have booked somewhere else. When I was leaving, I needed to work for about 2 more hours in the lobby after the check out (12:00). I asked the receptionist if she can call a taxi to pick me up at 14:45. And if I can pay with a card in the taxi. She said "yes" to both of those questions. A couple minutes later she came to me and asked if I want the taxi in an hour. I said no, I need a taxi at 14:45. I think she understood almost no English, because at 14:40 I went outside the hotel and waited for 10 minutes. No taxi came.

Spacious double room with a bathtub and a huge balcony. Very comfortable beds. Nice and fairly modern interior of the hotel. Great price which included breakfast and wellness/spa center access. I didn't have a chance to use the spa center unfortunately, because I was busy with the festival in Bansko (the reason I came to Bulgaria in the first place). And the last day of the festival, when I finally wanted to try, it was closed. So I didn't see it, but for the price it's great to have that access no matter what. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful, especially the young receptionist with a goatee. He spoke English very well and helped with everything I needed. He let me stay in the same room when I needed to extend my stay. Thank you! Location was great - just a few minutes walk to the city centre and the central park, but far enough to not be disturbed by passing cars and stuff.

We stayed at the suite which is a very big place with many rooms, but it's chaotic and not very well constructed. First of all, the balcony needs restoration. The floor has grown grass and the tiles are broken because of that. Secondly, there are holes in the walls that need to be covered since they are not in use. Thirdly, the TV in the sitting room was not working. Fourthly, a door in the shower was missing. Therefore water was leaking on the floor. Plus the WiFi signal wasn't working sometimes (weak signal). The location is not good. There are no lights in some streets before the hotel root which makes you uncomfortable. There were many other things like dirt in the rug, cables that were visible without being in use etc, but not so important as the things above.

The room was warm and spacious. There were many activities like pool, spa etc. Breakfast was ok, not something special. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

the hotel has had better days. Our bathtub had duck tape scars, you can’t regulate the heating just on/off. staff didn’t clean our room 1 day, we put up the please clean sign and then they forgot to give us fresh towels. Also their ski rent, while very affordable, wasn’t the best. The guy there doesn’t ski so we had concerns whether we rented the right equipment.
