The reception was rude, every single one of them were rude, careless but es3the bold guy, who tried to lecture us on cash payments in Europe. Staff in general was careless, room was dirty and very very old and the food was average.

The location is exceptional.

The location of the hotel is good, close to beach and main street. The food was good too. We had nice view from the room. They were changing the towels every day. The staff was very polite, especially the receptionist Krasimir Nikolov, he assist us with everything that we needed answer to all of our questions in a professional manner.

Food was the same every day. When we checked in the room was clean, but after that no one cleaned the room and change the bed sheets. The hear dryer was missing from the bathroom, I asked the gentleman who was on reception and he gave me one. The staff was very helpful and friendly but not enough because it is quite big hotel. For 4 stars hotel we were expecting a lot more. Definitely the hotel needs more staff and needs to be renovated.

Snack bar can be improved, you only have some pizza, ice cream and waffles. Maybe get help at the bar during lunch/ dinner time. One barman is not enough considering the workload and there we always had to stay in line for a Cola or for a beer.

Very close to the beach and very very good food. It is impossible not to find something to eat there, even for kids. Clean pool. Clean beach. Very nice view from the window. Very good drinks. It is the second time we are coming here and we plan on coming again next year as well. Good location for couples or for families.

Our biggest issue was the meals - I call it survival food because some days was tasteless (not every day), we ate because we needed to eat but without a huge pleasure. There were days and days. The barbecue was tasty but didn't function every day. Another small minuses are that not so many facilities: they have a pool and a pool bar but dont have a beach bar, dont have gym, the reception isnt very big and can become busy if many tourists checkin and there was no animators when we stayed there.

We arrived around 2 hours earlier before checkin but they were nice to give us the room keys in advance (we are a big family so we booked 2 rooms). Being in vacation with a baby we started cleaning and dissinfecting the rooms, but the surprise was that the rooms were already very clean (huge plus for them). The location is exceptional, right in the middle of the resort, but isn't crowded or noisy, with lots of green areas, is just perfect.

Food was ok but nothing exceptional, nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing really tasty. Tastiest food that they had was ice cream :| Very few sunbeds near the pools. Very few and poor chiiced for kids playground.

It was good but only conpared to the small amount of money spent. Basically, I liked the proces.

Always had to keep the fan on in the bathroom as to avoid bad smell coming into the room.

Great food at the restaurant, daily diversity. The views around the location were splendid, clean room good facilities. Good options for visiting around the location, so you don't really depend on a car.

We received first a room without A/C, and the expectations were to have a room with bunk bed for the children. The description and pictures of the room wasn’t really the same as the room we received.

Close to the beach and the center, cleaned every day. We didn’t got the room from description, Twin with bunk bed, but we got a new room with A/C, first one had also bathroom door not closing and the balcony door glass cracked, and the Air Conditioning non functional.

Comfortable bed and pillows.Top location.Delicious dives. Staff are very precise in what they do and very gentle.Very clean. Nice facility and programs for kids.Quaet palace! Strongly recommend for relaxing with kids and friends.Nice Beach and swimming pools with mineral water!

Excellent location, good food and spacious room. Very kind staff, especially the guy at the reception Vrasimir who helped us with a problem, the car battery died and in a few hours he arranged that a new battery was delivered to us în Albena. Thank you again Vrasimir. See you again next year.

The only remark I have is that there were not enough trash cans in the lobby and near the pool.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is 1min from the beach which is perfect if you are with small children.
